Fake/Cheap Groot BAFs on eBay

Has anyone noticed the plethora or really cheap Groot BAF auctions on eBay? I looked today and there are tons of auctions for him (even some buy it now) for $9.99 or less. I imagine they are fake but has anyone here noticed or bought any of them?

I have bought two. They are great for display to go with my 3 3/4 inch Marvel Universe figures if you do not want to spend a great deal of money to get the real thing but articulation is like a Kenner 1980's Star Wars figure. You can only move his arms back and forth and the same as his legs. He does bend at the elbows but you can't move his arms side to side. His head does come off if you want to exchange his head with a custom comic version Groot (People asked me this in the Marvel Universe forum). For 9.99 I was willing to take a chance buying one.

 

They are FAKE knockoffs just keep that in mind. You are not getting the real ML Groot.
