I try not to predict what this team will or won't do with these figures; I mean who on earth thought their "classic" Luke Cage would turn out the way it did? Nevertheless, I have a strong hunch that there will soon be a TRULY classic 2 pack coming, this time with Iron Fist in the classic collar ending in a "v", maybe a darker green to his outfit, and Powerman with the blue or darker blue leggings, an ab crunch, and boot swivel. Maybe even on a larger frame this time. Like I say I don't like to predict but its such an iconic set, and the duo is like 80% there already. Can't see the Legends team passing this up. Then again I thought for sure classic Ms. Marvel was coming, once that Rogue with the scarf came out. What would also be cool is the inclusion of the special effect Iron Fist always had in the comics. The almost flame-like, swirling, "energy" trail Gil Kane used (invented?) a lot in his art. If Kirby had the Kirby Crackle, then I'd call this the Kane Trail. SH-KOW!!

The thing is this Iron Fist is based on a modern interpretation of the classic costume thus the reason he is packed with a modern Luke Cage.

I had read a relatively recent report that the Serpent Society were completely removed from the movie as part of the recent re-shoots and edits so seeing any of them in toy form is mildly surprising. Evidently the initial screenings of the film did not do well and the decision was to make a lot of changes -- although I believe that has also been pretty common for most MCU movies in recent history. I know that WWE wrestler Seth Rollins from my home state of Iowa had originally filmed some scenes, but those are all expected to be cut from the final version and supposedly he's no longer expected to appear in the movie. I believe that the same thing happened not too long ago with his real life wife Becky Lynch, who is also a WWE wrestler, where she filmed scenes for a Marvel movie and those weren't used. I can't recall what movie that was supposed to be in, though.

Yeah I'd have said the same thing, even though this is most certainly Animation based, it really could work well as a comic figure, I'm glad I was able to get the Comic Prowler when it came out, I still like really like that figure and I like it better then this animated version, but it's really hard to come by these days, so this is likely very nice for those who missed out on that Prowler, this is a good looking figure.

Interesting, is Ruth Blindfold? her real name was Ruth right? also Casacavel translates to Rattlesnake, is this a female rattler? or perhaps it's just lost in translation and this is Diamondback. either way interesting

I'm glad Hasbro went with a modern Luke Cage since we just got the classic 70s style outfit just last year. The classic Iron Fist outfit looks awesome, can't wait to add him to the collection.

While the new Captain America: New World Order movie doesn't open in theaters until February 14, 2025, we have what appears to be our first product reveals in the form of McDonald Happy Meal Toys. The image appears to be a promotional image released overseas that features little mini-figures, two of which are of Sam Wilson as Captain America. The others would be considered SPOILERS so if you want to see them then you can check out the image at least for now over on Reddit. Thanks to Alex for the heads up.

Is it just me, or does Cyclops look REALLY young on the Daniel cover? I'm with most everyone else on this: intrigued but skeptical. The team is interesting I guess, the art should be good, but I've never read anything by Jed McKay.

I didn’t even realize this was the anniversary of the Clone Saga. I hope we see sone love for that from the Legends team, I’ve been waiting on classic Kaine forever and Jackal could use an update.

Lighter colors really improved the look, now thanks to this mask detail stands out, previous figure was way too dark as much as I love the color shade on it's own, ideally I would prefer something in between these two but I'm definitely taking new one over the old, especially cape wise, these old "collar" capes really overstayed their welcome.

I love this pic, and still stand hy the fact this is an awesome figure. If you're gonna make another Wolverine, best make something different.

Good figure, good review; the lighter lavender color brings out the dark shapes for the eyes and the lower front of the mask better than the previous version. In the comics they used light gray, instead of lavender, but as time went on that changed to lavender/purple. The animated series used the shade here. 5:52 From the comics, he usually did have that shape on the mask. It seemed sometimes to me it was a distinctive shape, other times a product of trying to convey shadow.

Super articulated Carol is amazing! Although I have my nitpicks, mainly I would love to see Hasbro challenge themselves and try to make thigh cuts hidden by boots overlay, either something close to how they make Wolverine boots on how they did Hulk's lower leg jeans that were soft plastic overlay, yes it would have been hard but so much cooler and aesthetically pleasing, I could also argue about musculature and buffness but Carol isn't really drawn muscular as often. Superior Spidey is almost pefect, proportions and sculpting is truly impressive but sadly they had to put something weird such as elongated crotch/"diaper piece", like they were so close to making perfect Spider-man body but I guess something has to go wrong.

Right! I agree, good figure, but should have stayed with the previous mold. Also its good that while the thigh boots now have a seam or lip instead of just being painted on, they should have made them like the boots used for the Extremis Armor. That would eliminate the thigh cut, but still give decent articulation.
