  1. Finally snagged up a Hydra Agent and AIM Soldier! I actually found them a couple days ago in a Meijer in the Columbus, OH, area. The whole wave was there but I only needed those two. They had two each at the time but they weren't in the budget so I tucked one of each away behind some stuffed Captain America plush on the bottom shelf. Stopped by on the way home from work, not expecting them to be there anymore.... But there they were waiting on me! I felt kinda shady hiding them but I knew they wouldn't be there today if I had left them on the pegs. And I was right. The two I left behind were gone. So I don't feel that bad, I guess. I would have liked to get doubles, but at least another collector got to find them. At least I hope it was a fellow collector and not a scalper. Anyway, still super stoked!
  2. Depends on the figure really, and how stuck the joint is. I'd try 20 minutes or so and go from there.
  3. Either works, or so I've heard. I've never tried boiling a figure as I'm no customizer and I think boiling is a top method for popping joints, cracking seams, etc. But I'd try a while in the freezer, almost always works on stuck joints for me.
  4. So, how is everyone sweet talking the Target employees? I have only one Target in my area and they have the ASM2 figures in the stockroom but say they can't sell them until their reset in a couple weeks.
  5. I'll probably change my mind as soon as I post this, but here goes: 1. Magneto (no Iron Man body, the old one just doesn't hold up) 2. Storm (modern, maybe classic variant) 3. Colossus (Juggernaut duds) 4. Venom (Flash Thompson)/Scarlet Spider (Kaine) 5. Modern Luke Cage (Hmm... Seems everybody wants this one, Hasbro!) 6. Domino/Dazzler Mini BAF: Kid Loki Big BAF: Thanos
  6. Glad this set is getting the thumbs up. Because I just paid way too much for one on eBay.
  7. That's totally up to you. I don't have $4000. Period. But if you have an extra four grand, that's totally dispensable, then might as well go for it.
  8. I don't think anyone's counting on modern looks for these. In fact, it says repaints in the article. But one can dream!
  9. That would be fantastic! And, just MAYBE, Flash Thompson Venom! I don't think they'd make this a movie set, since it's celebrating Spidey's 50th anniversary.
  10. Shortcomings aside, I love this figure. Love the old TB one, as well. I would definitely recommend picking it up if you see it. Although, the OT is right about the leg artic. It leaves a little to be desired, but the sculpt more than makes up for that IMO.
  11. I don't typically buy movie figs, but that Hulk looks great. So does Loki, but I'll let that one go. Hulk, however, could blend right in with the comic figures... If he's big enough. I'd like to see a good shot with him next to one of the other figures, rather than in front of or behind them.
  12. Doomtron, if I see a spare Darkhawk in the next couple days, I'll let you know. I'd like that Taskmaster. You can keep the Deadpool. Not gauranteeing I'll find him but if I do, I'll let you know. Probably through email, I can't PM through my iPhone.
  13. Rodimus, I wasn't sure about Beast's hands and feet at first... But after you slapped some paint on him, I, personally, think he looks great!
