  1. when i was young i got everything i could. big mistake if you ask me because right now i know what i want and how my collection has to be in a few years. i am done with a lot of collections. even sold most of the things i really i had doubles off. i dont need 20 spidermans, supermans, batmans, skywalkers anymore. my love goes to 6" figures. you just get better details out of this scale. even though i must have over 150 star wars figures i would start again if they would be in 6". i am fixed on motuc right now and most of my money goes into those and saint seiya figures. i was only able to get the latest marvel legends wave right now. i read that wave 4 is allready on the way and the running changes for wave 3 havent even arrived yet. toycollecting is getting really expensive and i can understand if a lot drop out of it.
  2. the monkey is cool. love it when he is hunting deadpool, lol. i actually wanted him but as a baf??? not good in my book. i know better then nothing but since hasbro barely does new sculpts and all about reuse i would love for something more. as bigbearjahlon said maybe 2 mini characters a wave and i would be fine with it.
  3. and daryl has one arm shorter then the other, lol. i dont even know why i got them. i havent checked if the halo figures are good or not. since i dont play the game, i have little interest in the toys. all i know is that i saw some of the older waves with a broken figures in the package more then once.
  4. reguler archangel for me and maybe wolverine. if iron fist would be green then i would get him for sure.
  5. not really. if you find them in a store it is the same if you are able to get them and if the price doesnt go up in from wave 1 to wave 2. remember how a lot had trouble with the fff hulk wave? then if you buy a set of six online, it gets always cheaper then this because you will have twice the shipping costs.
  6. so we get 6 figures split into two waves and that with a baf figure. how lame is that again?
  7. I totally agree. They look great but it would be even less articulation. Kinda like earlier MS figures. and have you seen the articulations in the walking dead line? woah a nice way to put in articulations you really cant use, lol.
  8. sorry man but to me they are lame. they were some of the best back in the day but now? nahh. you would just get a wave by year and thats it and just by looking at their sports line you would even get more repaints then from hasbro, lol.
  9. i dont have cannonball but my ghost rider is fine for now. i hate this soft rubber. i have a cavetroll from lord of the rings and his face is so ripped apart. i hate it when this happens. the only troll that matters to me and he looks so off. i dont even know what to do with it. maybe some day i can fix it or i will find a guy who can sculpt a new head. i will see.
  10. Did everyone just ignore my post? I I mentioned this days ago with a coupon code.... Just look up a few posts... sorry man, i really must have skiped it. maybe i was to excited to post some news, lol. funny though because i always try to check if no one post the same thing before. dont know how i managed to skip it.
  11. the fearsome foe set is available on the disneystore site. yes a marvel select 4pack and not just repaints are included but also the newer ones (take notes hasbro maybe you learn a little something) it includes the old spidey and green goblin figures and the new lizard and agent venom figure. isnt that great? i wait for the single release though because i have spidey and green goblin isnt really a style i like. i have the classic version. marvel select did that a long time ago. still looks great.
  12. ahhh marvel select. the savior of the day once again. he looks awesome to me and they will do a nice looking lizard. marvel select is becoming the best for marvel figures. so happy that they at least know that spidey exists. i will start a spiderman collection from marvel select. i have spidey, anti venom, green goblin and black cat. then rhino, classic venom, lizard and agent venom are allready on the list to get. the collection starts and i have a feeling we will get more spidey villains the next years. they allready talk about the possibility that carnage could happen in the same way classic venom was made. depends on the success of venom. thats good news to me. i cant wait for more. also with marvel select characters like tombstone or hammerhead arent off the table while hasbro is just fixed on spiderman variants.
  13. i prefer the toybiz version. specialy the head. allthough i like the hasbro body sculpt. if i had to choose then i would get the toybiz version.
  14. both have their own series now, which are doing good, so i would put them both as just another characters from Spider Mans rogues comic sales doesnt matter to hasbro. the last new character we got for spiderman was tarantula and it was a bad executed figure for that matter. the rest was all out allready or somehow. so for the last 5 years all they managed to do was tarantula and demo goblin who was a repaint of toybiz's hobgoblin. so new characters for spiderman arent really on the list at hasbro's so i doubt they will come.
