  1. So what's the availability status on these? Are Crimson Dynamo and the Intiative War Machine still in the wild? I see they're long gone of HTS, what are the odds they'll show up again? And what the hell is up with TRU and Wal-Mart gouging customers for twice as much as HTS?
  2. I hate it. They're going to be hard enough to find once, let alone two and three and four times. EDIT: I'll amend that to say it's nice in that it gets more characters out there more quickly. But I hate how difficult Hasbro makes it for collectors to obtain their product. It's so damned counter-intuitive to me.
  3. You forgot the Neo Classic Iron man that's coming out. True point. But there's nothing else before that? Well, that shouldn't be TOO hard to catch up on then ...
  4. OK, I'm going to be forsaking MU stuff for ML stuff, but I'm not completely up on what's available. Hope someone can help me out here. I am only interested in COMIC stuff, so what's available? I gather there are comic versions of Crimson Dynamo, War Machine in his anime-looking armor, and Titanium Man out there for the Iron Man Armored Avenger stuff. And Lord Thor and Loki coming up for Thor stuff, as well as Ultimate WW2 Cap for Cap stuff. Is that the only 6" COMIC-based stuff available outside of the ML 2-packs right now? Thanks for any help, folks.
  5. The 2-packs are up on the TRU website now. Though the pics are of the variants, I'm thinking you get whatever version they send. I ordered a set, we'll see how it turns out. :)
  6. Y'know, I did pick up the Hulk/Valkyrie and Black Widow/Winter Soldier packs, but I'm just not sure if I want to really get into ML considering how deep I am time and money wise into MU. I might trade them for some MU stuff, ideally all of Wave 11 (Thanos wave) and a 3.75" Carnage, which should equal out retail-wise. I'll have to think about it some more. My problem is that I didn't keep up with ML the first time, and while I would prefer 6" stuff, there's also a bunch of stuff I will now have "missed" when the 2012 line starts up again. On the other hand, I love how many characters MU already has, and I love getting different costumed versions of characters. Ah, such conundrums. :)
  7. I got one of each extra. you got any trades? Of course I would have the awesome luck to read this after I bought them on eBay. :) Then again, assuming you're looking for MU stuff, I haven't really got anything to trade anyways.
  8. Found a Multiple Man today. Still looking for Mystique and Captain Britain.
  9. Modern Thor is up on the Toys R Us website if anyone is having problems finding it in stores.
  10. The Giant Man figure has a YELLOW belt? Yuck. I love the Goliath because now, along with the Toy Biz Beast who inexplicably got made in this costume, I can re-create THIS epic battle: Go to 6:50 for Goliath. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEslY739NiQ Huh, that's sort of a random appearance.
  11. The problem is that the sculpt is not accurate for Giant Man though, is it? Was there ever a red and blue Giant Man costume that didn't have antennae and had the big yellow belt? Yellow and blue without antennae is accurate for Goliath's first appearances. That's the main reason I want the yellow one. If the red one was more accurate, I'd keep that one too.
  12. So I ordered a Goliath/Iron Man from an online store (more a guy selling his own stuff than a "business" per se). The pictured Goliath was the yellow/blue, and I specifically said in my PayPal payment that if the figure was in fact the red/blue, I didn't want it. And I received a red/blue Goliath today... Anyone wanna trade? :) Or at least have a yellow/blue Goliath without Iron Man to sell? :)
  13. Went to Wal-Mart hunting Gigantic Battles, and was very surprised to see 2010 Wave 1. Didn't really dig through 'em since my delivery from HST will be here tomorrow, but I know they had at least the House of M Spidey and Jim Lee Wolverine. Easily the earliest I've ever seen new product in my town for this line.
  14. Now the local Target has Secret Wars wave 2 as well. But, just like TRU, no Iron Man/Spider-Woman.
