They are done to around $12 at my Targets. Its mostly Misty and Ultimate Spider Woman. I am going to get some for customs and such if it drops below $10.

Do you think they are about to get the Vulture Wings BAF wave super early like X wave? When do you think we will start seeing that wave?

Yeah, it's just clearance or markdown of low-velocity skus and it's more than likely store specific. Phase change specific skus are more of a global roll out. I happen to live in one of the top 10 biggest cities in the world, with retailers at every corner and in my neck of the woods, Spidey legends don't sit on the pegs for very long. Lol I remember seeing Superior Venom warm the shelf for a while in my area and I always laughed (I always thought it was a cool fig) and now, that figure sells for $50 or more on eBay...

Most (properly run) big box chains have an inumerable amount of inventory reports/price change reports that proc on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc schedule. There are several factors that come into play when these reports are generated but the long and short of it is, if the retail Mgrs are running a proper ship with their staff, you will see low velocity skus reduced or clearanced based on simple sell through data, given an "X" amount of time.

Phase change markdowns are different however as those are targeted and executed as such, with information directly from the vendor. An example of this would be the current SW Black Series 6in line. That line has had their sku changed (not reduced or clearanced per say) to $9.89 or 50% off, effective 3/30 in my area targets.

That's not because Target is stopping carrying the line or have a problem with the sell-through of that sku in particular, it's because information was given by the vendor (in this case Hasbro) that stores will not be receiving new waves until fall and the new summer line (the vintage 40th anniversary waves) will be taking that skus place in the interim. This new line wil be back to regular price of $20 and since these figures are blister carded (larger than the current window box format-same format/sku that will resume for Force Friday II on 9/1 mind you) the stores will have to do a small plano reset on the pegs to incorporate the new line.
