I really want a legend Blade I can get feel good about. How difficult do you think it would be to pop the arms and jacket off the Netflix Punisher and switch the arms with the Blade figure? Of course I would have to switch the hands as well as the Jacket. Will they pop off well if I boil them or heat them with a dryer?

Tough call. Since you're talking about removing the WHOLE ARM, the "boil and pop" method probably won't work at all. Depending on the shoulder construction, removing an entire arm usually means cracking open the whole upper torso.

I'd recommend trying figurerealm.com they have tutorials for this stuff with good pictures to walk you through step by step.  I used to use them a lot when I dabbled in customizing.  I stopped just short of doing the kind of stuff you're talking about, because at the time I didn't have a steady income and couldn't afford to ruin the figures in the process.  Plus Hasbro started pumping out better figures that I could live with in 2012.

If memory serves me, you need some sort of drill or small thing kind of like a screw driver to make a small hole in the figure along the seam that runs up the side of the torso.  From there a little heat and a lot of patience and the glue should crack and open the torso for you.
