Hi guys, I found the last wave of Marvel Avengers this evening at Walmart, and picked up #16 Chitauri (Cosmic Axe), #17 Nick Fury (Assault Squad), and #18 Iron Man (Shatterblast). A friend confirmed that he also found these, and his Walmart also only had one case of these. By the way, the cardback picture of the Chitauri fig shows the figure having elbow and knee joints, but looking at the figure itself it appears that these joints are missing, and that this is actually the same lame figure from the Cosmic Chariot deluxe set.

All the local TRUs in my area also restock on Thursdays, but I don't know if that's a nationwide case. Walmarts and Targets have been putting out Marvel Legends Wave 1 this week. Saw GR, Steve Rogers and Thor today at Target, and also saw remnants of that wave last night at WM.

Hi guys, I've been a long-time lurker, and figured it should be time to contribute something to these amazingly helpful forums. Last night I went to Walmart just as they were stocking the toy shelves, and found the Avengers toy line "Chitauri Cosmic Chariot Invasion". I guess it comes 3 per case, because I saw a guy leave the toy aisle with two in his cart, and there didn't seem to be that many deluxe figures left. Good luck hunting guys!
