  1. Yay, I can now join you all in talking about Beast and Bishop and Black Cat.
  2. So, did wave 3 ever show up at any stores like Target or Toys R Us?
  3. Anyone have a Dr. Strange and/or Spider-man: Lizard they would like to trade for a Cable with Hope or regular Archangel? Gaelinic
  4. Hi, is the "flame on" torch on shelves now just a reissue of the first series one? Is it the same one? Also, what is the Red Skull variant from the Captain America series?
  5. Which are the deluxe hydra troopers? Which line are they?
  6. Where did you find the new wave? Is the wave only available at Toys R Us?
  7. I have a question. Are the Bullseye figs now appearing on shelves a darker variant? I thought I saw one a month ago and passed. Check my figure and realized the one on the shelf was darker. Is there anything else that's different with the newer one? Is it a different body?
  8. Ok, I'm looking to trade. I have two clear Visions, Thanos, regular Archangel, Classic Havok, and Jean Grey. I'm looking for a Warpath Variant or Comic Book Whiplash or the Mandarin from the Iron Man line. PM if interested.
  9. Can someone tell me what the Bleeding Edge Iron Man is? There are six figures in wave 12, right? Oh, wait, isn't that an Ultimate Iron Man in the line?
  10. I went to 4 Walmarts today and could not find Spider-woman. The last Walmart had 4 cases of wave 12 on the pegs, but not Spider-woman. What is it about this figure that people are buying multiples of her? Anyone willing to trade their Spider-woman for a regular Archangel or classic Havok? Gaelinic
  11. I'm sure they'll release X-force Archangel again as a digital subscription exclusive at SDCC. They did this last year with Nick Fury. Wasn't he first released at NYCC then at SDCC? They then unloaded him again this year. Hasbro will release him again. I think the days of true limited run figures are long gone.
  12. Ok all you haters. Don't say I never help. Hasbrotoyshop has the new comic packs in right now. And, I found you a hefty discount of 20 percent. Go stock up on your plastic madness, and don't forget to give 'ole scalpy uncle Gaelinic a hug when you check out. The Hasbrotoyshop discount is: EXCLUSIVE20. Comic packs are HERE!!! Also, I found Carnage today at Walmart. I escorted my son's field trip to a pumpkin patch. Stopped by at Walmart and found Carnage tucked behind the Marvel Universe figures. Very bad hiding place if someone put it there. Might as well have put a neon light arrow pointing to the fig. Anyway, good day with the comic pack haul.
  13. This is why I can't ever find anything w/o extreme luck...and why I'm now turning to Gaelinic to buy one of his extra Archangels... (still waiting to hear back from either my PM or one of my posts, BTW) I've got 2 other local guys helping me search for an Archangel...who both have 2, 1 opened, 1 sealed , while I can't find just the lone, single 1 I need that will definitely be opened. Hoarding is barely different than scalping. At least I can get stuff from scalpers Hey sorry. I'm going through all the PMs. Sold the wave 11 figs. I now have two extra Archangels and one classic havok. I'm going through the PMs. I was in AZ for work. On my off time, I hit the stores hard since I don't have to drag the family with me. Also, I found Wave 11 in Walmart. They were $9.89 per figure. I'm not looking at the receipt right now, but I remember they were each $10 plus with taxes. I'm not getting into the debate on scalping. The system works because someone is always willing to pay for something they cannot get. The guys buying the figs from me aren't in AZ. They can't find them. It seems like most of the guys I'm selling to are either in smaller in California, New Jersey, or rural areas in the South. I've been to LA to visit the inlaws have never found anything on the shelves. There is a lot of competition there. Don't know about NJ. But, the rural areas must not get the same distribution that larger cities get. Anyway, I'm back in Denver and shipping the figs. by Monday when I get back in to work.
  14. $20? How do you come up with that? They were a little over $10 a piece with taxes. I drove to over 12 different stores here in AZ looking for the new comic packs. I stumbled on these and figured I'd at least try to get my gas money back. I see lots of people taking the high and mighty road on scalpers around here. But, honestly these prices do help collectors. Do most people have the time or the will to hit that many stores looking for something? There is a premium in finding score items. These just happen to be the latest "must have." It cost me a pretty penny to go looking for other figs. Why not try and recoup the cost. This isn't meant as a put down for the many people that haven't found their figs. Hell, I'm still out Carnage and the new comic packs. Even boxing and shipping this stuff takes time and money. I've helped other collectors before, especially with Canadian GI Joe collectors looking for American exclusives. But, it's helpful for people to get a dose of reality every once in a while. Gaelinic
  15. Found the following figures as extras again. Wave 11 for $65. Thanos Dark Hawkeye Constrictor Yellowjacket with Ant-man mini-fig Iron Man 2020 Also, I have an extra pair of: 015 - Archangel (classic regular version) - $15 018 - Havok (classic variant version) - $15 Let me know if anyone is interested. Otherwise, I'll just take 'em back. Thanks.
