  2. Ha, actually more like whenever I see this figure I think, my has that one Garbage Pail kid grown, I like this figure quite a bit, but it also creeps me out just a tad, I mean Blob is kinda creepy I guess..he's a massive obese guy, whos powers are being massively obese, mutant ability to max out a BMI, can this mold be used to give us a Big Bertha figure some day? that's the question one must ask, it's important.are you rad enough Hasbro for that one??
  3. Oh they are still doing this, I woulda just thought they scrapped it like all of the other doofus things they plan and then nuke, anyways this might be the best idea they have had, but knowing Sony they will botch this with elegance, I have pretty much zero faith in what Sony does at this point, just some second rate money making riding on the coattails of Marvel Studios, case in point can't wait to have my eyes wrenched back like a scene in clockwork orange while I watch Kraven or Madame web, and pretend I like at least 5 minutes of the movie, while feeling like I'm being force fed wet tea biscuits.
  4. The winner for this months contest was since83, congrats to them and thanks to everyone who participated and become a part of this community. Stay-tuned for details on the next contest launching soon.
  5. I'd be even more surprised if the actually did a three pack of the team! Speaking of everyone phasing, have you seen that Iron Man's new armor phases? It's kinda cool.
  6. If I had to speculate. And that is my forte. I would say he'll probably make it back in flashbacks from the movie or maybe some footage that didn't make it into the movies as some kind of motivational words for RiRi on her way to becoming a hero. They sure aren't going to spend RDJ money on some Disney+ show that could possibly bomb. If history serves any purpose. Then again it is Disney so we never know. If anyone can help it would be Tony Stark.
  7. I don't mind them not being Magneto's children, it did nothing for them. I hated that they are no longer mutants, just because Magneto isn't their dad anymore.
  8. That's not her. She was never MJ to me anyway but the figure is supposed to capture the actress, and this doesn't. Amazing though that they got Ben Mendelsohn down perfectly!
  9. Kang Dynasty ...impressive. But its gonna need a lot of work to do it justice. Please dont try to cram it in like they did with the Secret Invasion thing
  10. indeed yet no 616 Jessica Drew Spider-woman movie or TV show I think people would be more interested in Spider-Gwen from the Spider-verse
  11. Not following the comic at all these days, but I'm thinking that's gonna be an iconic cover....
  12. I'm on record as saying I don't like "copy cat" characters. Then they did something worse, they turned her into an alt version of what I think is his worse look. And YET her outfit looks better than his in action figure form! I'd buy hers over his in a blink. They must have done something right there....
  13. You know its funny, the comics haven't repeated that speedster trick (far as I know). Like when the Vision does his phasing thing, now they let all the characters do it. Friend of mine teed me off when he said Kitty Pryde was the first one. Fool! Vision's been doing that since '68! LOL Hey won't you be surprised if they make Crimson the next Legends figure?
  14. Sounds like it may be a project similar to the shows set in The Batman universe that were going to focus on Penguin and the Gotham City PD. I think it would be cool if Peter Parker did show up in this show and they can get Nick Cage to play him.
  15. This was the only figure I didn't have any interest in from the Mindless one wave, not a bad figure by any means, just this look does nothing for me, but oddly enough that being said, the Elektra in this outfit is amazing, weird, glad this didn't come with a BAF piece and could be skipped, like I said not bad for what it is, but just not a look I have an attachement to, nor do I like the whole Matt with a beard thing, Also really hate that the Baton holster seems so big and cumbsome, was it that dumb looking in the source material?? also this review showing that the red and blacks don't match to the Elektra, bugs me, Why Hasbro? makes no sense, you did this with Guardian and Vindicator, make the colors match!!!!!!!! also off topic, but what is that Wonder Woman figure there? I love that.
  16. I kinda figured that. I hate it when comics do that. Just like how Marvel changed Wanda and Pietro.
  17. Steve Lightfoot has been brought on board as co-showrunner for the upcoming live-action series based on Spider-Man Noir at Amazon, according to exclusive information obtained by Variety. Joining him as co-showrunner and executive producer is Oren Uziel, who is also the writer for the project. Set in 1930s New York City, the untitled series will revolve around an older and more experienced superhero. It is worth noting that this show will have its unique universe and will not feature Peter Parker as the main character, as confirmed by a source familiar with the project. Lightfoot has previous experience in the Marvel world, having worked on the "The Punisher" Netflix series as a showrunner. This series, starring Jon Bernthal, had a successful run of two seasons before Disney decided to bring all Marvel content onto their streaming platforms. The Spider-Man Noir show is another project based on Marvel characters that is being developed at Amazon, which is controlled by Sony. Amazon has already announced the series "Silk: Spider Society" from showrunner Angela Kang, and there are several other Marvel shows in the pipeline. It is currently unknown which other Marvel characters will be featured in these Amazon shows, but Sony has control over more than 900 characters associated with the Spider-Man franchise. Uziel, along with producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller from "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse," and former Sony boss Amy Pascal, have developed the show and serve as executive producers. Pascal is executive producing through Pascal Pictures, while Sony Pictures Television is the studio behind the project. Lord and Miller are currently under an overall deal with Sony.
  18. I miss the days when X-Men comics had simpler titles, such as: "X-Men" or "The Uncanny X-Men". These are almost as lengthy as the first BORAT movie title.
