  1. Today
  2. Hopefully we'll get a couple more Retro Hulk line announcements...I'm thinking Doc Samson & Hulk 2099.. altho I would prefer A Bomb...... I'd also like to see comic based Mole Man..& an upgraded Wrecking Crew..
  3. We really need to wish this into reality!
  4. Fair enough, I didn't have a problem with them turning his familys death into a deeper Conspiracy, it added depth to the whole event, I know it didn't need to be a thing, but it didn't offend me. See I remember thinking the Second Season was way worse...probably the abundance of Madani and what felt like Jigsaw playing her house guest boyfriend for the majority of it. 🤷‍♀️ also like Jigsaw just bugged me with the whole.."oh my ruined hideous face" like come on dude it's not that bad, trust me you still look pretty good, compared to how it should have been where he literally looked liked a mushed stapled mess, which was scary and creepy, dude looked like he got away pretty decent, put down the Sunny Day Real Estate records..
  5. Would be nice to see some of these rumoured figures, Mole Man, Doc Samson, Hulk 2099, Doom 2099, Malice, Cypher, Exodus, Mesmero & Hepzibah. I really wish there was a Spider-Man BAF wave coming, with a Stegron BAF and Swarm, Vermin & Carrion in it.. but it will probably be some Brand New Day stuff, and SDCC Exclusives that will make me rip my hair out, oh wasn't there a Val & Void MCU 2 pack...not that I care, but other people do.
  6. Not yet. They haven't even released the trailer for it properly.
  7. I assume it is X-men 97 wave 4
  8. So a first look at the SDCC exclusives that they mentioned a few days ago.
  9. Definitely will be the SDCC exclusives other than that it's hard to say
  10. If it's a Hulk fig, hope it's Doc Samson. I'd assume we at least get a further tease for SDCC too. Hope for the reveal of the owner of the manhole cover as well. Mole Man would be nice, but as I said before I would go nuts if it was Vermin.
  11. Yesterday
  12. I didn't care for this special. First off did not connect the dots with Daredevil Born Again. Last I remember he escaped the AVTF gulag. Then he just left the other prisoners there?! Why? How did he get to the projects? I was expecting him to get revenge on Powell, maybe that is coming? It just doesn't make sense. Plus what is the time frame here? After Daredevil Born Again? This special ending seems so unfinished, like they wanted to make a series but didn't.
  13. My guess is the SDCC exclusive is revealed. Plus other stuff. But it's rare that Dan gives too much lead time between his teasers and the actual reveal.
  14. I'm guessing the next Hulk figure and..... I honestly don't know.
  15. It's that time again! Get ready for the next Marvel Legends Fanstream, coming May 18th at 11:00am ET! Join Dan, and special co-host Mr. Stevie, on Hasbro Pulse's YouTube channel to see the latest reveals and the next additions to your Marvel Legends Series collection. Don't miss out!
  16. And we get this before an X-Men 97 Premiere date? Shame! Shame! Shame! *Rings bell slowly and disgracefully walking past Kevin Feige's Office*
  17. That's really more of a recap than a review up there, Shawn, but okay. I have to say, as someone with a masters degree in psychology, this handled Frank's PTSD not only better than any of his Netflix appearances, but also better than most movies and tv shows. I wish it didn't just leave Ma Gnucci and all that stuff with her unresolved, but I assume they're setting up a Disney Plus Punisher series or another special. I also wish someone would just put "Welcome Back Frank" on screen instead of hinting at it, although this handled it better than the Thomas Jane movie. Bernthal was excellent, as usual. So was Judith Light. I didn't like it. The first season of the Netflix Punisher series turned what happened to Frank's family into some unnecessary and ridiculously overcomplicated CIA conspiracy. As a long time Punisher reader, I found it insulting. As a long time television viewer, I found it insulting. Like you, I also thought Agent Madani was too front and center and felt like the protagonist much of the time. The second season was a little better.
  18. Well of course I had to pre-order Luna Snow and Spider-Man accessory, which I don't want in the least, but I do really want a Luna Snow, felt a bit painful when 2 packs cost 80 bucks..more like 90 with tax in Canada, and that's basically an 80 Luna snow..hat isn't even SHF or Loosecollector LOL, either way....It was on the Zon, so no shipping and if I get cold feet I'll cancel I just really want a Luna, sometimes You gotta bite the plastic...I mean I just have doubts we get another Luna Snow, because despite her growing popularity over the years, we havn't seen a figure of her prior, which gives me the feeling this might be it, I may have thought otherwise if this was a character I just wanted but already had (case in point I wasn't paying 90 bucks for a Psylocke, truth be known I have 4 Psylockes), I ain't got a single Luna Snow...now watch when the smoke clears they announce a comic figure and I scream. God knows I'm not recouping my money's worth off this Spider-Man. He smells like Velocity Suit or weirdo Modern one panel symbiote suit from the Kingpin wave....plus you damn well know this is not the last Rivals Spider-Man they put out.
  19. If they had stopped with season 1 I wouldn't have said mediocre, more of a better than average show. And agreed on the whole, "stop taking the time to make up a character when we have hundreds in the sandbox to play with already" sentiment.
  20. I agree with you on Jigsaw being not the right Jigsaw, even after he became "jigsaw" proper in season 2, it still didn't feel like the right potrayal, he felt too soft, yes case in point Dominic West in War Zone was a fantastic a much more true to character Jigsaw, the Punisher show tried to make him too human, even Saint & Glass in Jane's Punisher were ultimately more compelling Villains, I also really can't say I enjoyed Madani and just how she almost at points felt like the shows lead, and she was a totally made up character, we have real comic characters to play with..why that character, her domination of mainly season 2, was a downfall, As for that, Season 2 was nowhere near as good as 1, 1 was well done, Jon and Ebon worked well together, having very different personalitys that bonded to become in total an strong presence, Ebon was so good in his role, despite it being a pretty far car from comic micro...yet again War Zone did this even better with Wayne Knight who literally looked ripped from the comics. I think I should say...Um I really like Warzone, as much as it did wrong, which actually wasn't much for a punisher movie, Ray was amazing...all the casting was spot on,.

  22. We'll see. I'll bet you a dollar that I can't sell Spider-Man for half of this package's value.
  23. it's spider-man. He is marvel's cash cow. People collect every version of Spider-man ever. While I'm getting this for Luna, don't forget, until the Rivals game no one REALLY knew who she was.
  24. Luna is very popular. Unless people think this generic Spider-Man is why this set sold out in so many places so fast.
  25. I loved it, I just wish it was longer. I didn't mind the slow build at the beginning that much but it definitely made things fee too short and a bit rushed. I think bumping the runtime up to an hour or 1.5 hours may have solved that. Cool to see Ma Gnucci as the villain, here's hoping we get some more comic Punisher villains in the future. If they do another Punisher show, I'd love to see Barracuda, the Russian, or Bushwhacker show up eventually
  26. The Hatebreed song was awesome as well. Timing was perfect! I've always wanted a Wolverine movie with pretty much any song off of Earth AD somewhere on the track list. Just imagine Demonomania or Hellhound playing while Logan and Sabretooth tear into eachother! But as far as the Netflix Punisher. It had great moments. I for sure watched all of it and looked forward to the next episode. But I got sick of him being awoken by his wife in his dreams over and over and over. Season two literally starting with him throwing the Punisher symbol painted vest in a fire really annoyed me. MCU just loves the I quit....wait I'm coming back trope a little too much. Hell, even some of my favorite stuff like DD has done it multiple times through both series now. Just set up their motivation and let's have some fun with a comic book character. And Jigsaw was so wrong it took me out of it. Here's another trope the TV/movie writers can't get past. The villain being a "dark reflection" of our hero. The thing they missed by connecting them, was that Jigsaw was a low level threat until he was made into a Super Villain because Frank wanted to get cute and just take what he loved most, his looks. He was like Frank's punishment for not sticking to " the mission". His act of Hubris thinking he was untouchable and this guy would just go away. Speaking of Jigsaw, anyone else kinda love Dominic West in WarZone?
