The Black Knight's Flying steed--Valinor

I do not have the black knight yet but his flying horse, Valinor, is waiting for his master.

Hah! Brilliant! So, recipe?

Shadow fax from LOTR and wings from angel. It is really easy once you have what you need. You have to cut off the the peg pieces that hold angels wings, I put little nails in the back of those and drilled a small hole in the sides of shadowfax and along with super glue they are on. Somebody might be able come up with a different way to get the wings on, but i was pressed for time.

Fantastic Job! Are you going to add the reigns and saddle? I wish that there were more vehicles and creatures from the Marvel Universe to go along with the Marvel Legends.

 

This horse is Aragorn by the way. Black Knight gave Aragorn to the Valkyrie then later he got a black steed with bat like wings whose name is Valinor (sorry to get all 'comic book geek' on you). Once again, great job!

If I can find a saddle and regins to work, I will. I could not remeber the sequence and when i tried to match a picture to the horse i could not find one. thanks, Aragorn just had identy crises but he is better now.

Hey Robb,

I mentioned before that you've made Aragorn and not the black steed Valinor. Good news! I read that the Black Knight has a new winged stallion (since he gave away Aragorn and Valinor was stolen) that looks like Aragon. The new white steed is known as Strider! Strider grants Black Knight the ability to not only fly but travel even underwater with his own air 'field' (that's just weird). I got Strider's info from Wikipedia and Marvel.com to be honest.

 

I just got my Black Knight figure two days ago and now I want a Strider too!!!

cool dude if you can find the lancestag zoid it comes with a very long lance scaled with the marvel legends you can custom it to the black knight or make a blackknight villain
