What happened to the Threads on the forums?

Why are the forum threads just showing as headers you have to click on and not the full messages? Is there some new setting I need to change or is this just an upgrade that's screwed it up? I REALLY HATE having to click on every message to read it. One day it was working normally, now it's got these stupid topic "trees", any info that can help me change it back would be greatly appreciated.

So how do you get rid of the "trees"?

You need to go to the box that says options on the right side and change the view from Outline to normal.
