ML series 1 Cap and Iron Man

Recommended Posts

Am I the only one who's Captain America and Iron Man figures from series 1 are extremely loose at the waist now? If you hold them by the legs and shake them they will wobble all over the place. Its as if they are falling apart. They way this happened I'm guessing string or a band holds their core together.

I have them both and they've wobbled for as long as I can remember.

I also still think they're two of the best MLs ever! I still have found no reason to replace/upgrade my Cap, and I've just recently bought my second Iron Man (the movie one).

Same here. My ML 1 Iron Man has had the loose waist since day 1. I just leave him like that since I don't play with him much and just need him to stand there and look obscenely cool.

My ML 1 Ironman's left arm was completely broken off Day 2, so couldn't tell ya.

My ML 1 Cap's neck is chipped but everything else seems to be working...

Ditto, though mine's left arm broke off only two or three years ago, so it took 'em longer to break the same arm. It broke off at the part that makes it move forward though, so I just glued it back in and used the balljoint from then on out.

Otherwise, his waist has been loose from day one. He's cool, but I'm not too fond of him. I love the classic suit, but it looks way better in the comics. The figure is just too freakin' huge and bulgy.

My ML1 Ironman I spent a lot for it on ebay and it was unopened. When I opened it I was checking the articulation and the left arm basic looked like it was disintergrating. It did not break off because I saw that it was going to so I stopped. It is an awesome figure, but I just wish it wasn't damaged.
