Any Chance of Hasbro doing an Onslaught V1?

Recommended Posts

I know there probably no chance in hell, I just wanted to know what you all thought. In my opinion, the BAF toybiz put out sucked visually. Sure the sculpting and articulation was nice but the version resembling magneto would make a much better figure. Afterall, there have been billions of customs of him, and its the most commonly seen version anywhere.

So, again, its your take, but those are my two cents.

I am actually pretty satisfied with the version we got, but it would be nice.

Yuck. That was the one BAF I sold. Never understood why they decided to skip the iconic Magneto version and go with the crab thingy. Yeah, I'd go for the big bad actual Onslaught.

GEEK

Makes matters worse when you realize that the BAF is WAY under scaled as well, V1 would have been much better to do, will Hasbro do him? not likely unless they run out of ideas to use for BAFs heh.

I'd love to see it as well. I didn't mind the crab thing as a general toy, but the first version was much cooler looking. It would be cool if they could work up to the scale of the Sentinel again, just for that figure. It's been awhile. I'd take whatever they manage to make though; it's just a cool design.

The 90's X-men are my favorite characters and I think it would be cool to get the "Magneto" Onslaught but I really like the one they made. What they really need to do is send someone back in time and make the Onslaught and Operation:Zero Tolerance story-lines worthy of action figures. The lead-up to Onslaught, starting right after AoA was so well done and the culmination was such a let-down.
