I've given up on my daily toy runs out to all the stores in the area, and now I just buy a bunch of stuff online and at conventions. Still trying to find the G.I. Joe Snake Eyes figure wearing the parka, though.

Hasbro is releasing all of their Star Wars stuff on one day as well, why are they releasing everything at the end of the year?

 

 

 

 

To get as much 4th quarter holiday sales as possible to boost their fiscal reports and look good to the people that own stock. "Look how much money we made this Christmas!" It's kind of a tacit arrangement they have with retailers since everybody works under the premise that yearly earning don't get out of the "red"(debt) and into the "black" (profit) until December. Which is why the Friday after Thanksgiving when everyone has super mega diabolical sales is referred to as "Black Friday".
