Who will they be?

Recommended Posts

So with all the Q&A's posted we know that at SDCC they will reveal a new BAF and a re issue of a TB classic. Your guess?

BAF: Sauron

re issue 6": ML 6 Deadpool

I was about to buy Deadpool on eBay, but now I'm definitely holding off until after CC!

I'm crossing my fingers for a Titanium Man BAF with a Wave that includes an Iron Man classic Red n Gold and any of the New Avengers (Sentry - with Doc Samson head anyone?)

Re-Release; Dragon Man in a twin pack with Diablo

Kang in a twin pack with Mantis

BAF; Another X-men character >:

And your information for this comes from where again exactly?

http://kastorskorner.com/index.php?option=...6&Itemid=53

the BAF stuff is on www. action - figure . com

There is also more information put out in ToyFare's interview with the Hasbro staff on http://www.wizarduniverse.com/070308qahasbro.html

Hey Rollo, where ever you are, what happened to ML being cancelled? Yeah your "source" was awesome. Keep up the acurate work. Three new BAF waves and 10 2 packs in 2009 is enough to make me happy.

I'd be interested in repaints say Jugys yellow and black outfit that got dropped as a variant or White Phoenix. Re-releases of the same ones only appeal as custom fodder though for me as I managed to get all the figures I wanted first time round or on 2nd market. With Hasbro's paint apps you know they'd look pi$$ poor next to TB paints.

I am not gonna be too happy if the BAF Wave they're talking about would be various repaints of the Mk3 Iron Man Movie based Wave shown from last time. That would be overkill. I want a Comic themed Iron Man wave with an updated Classic red and gold Iron Man, a Crimson Dynamo and Extremis Iron Man armour and a BAF Titanium Man based on the comic books

I'm not sure where the 2009 part comes in. According to the Hasbro Q&A right here on MarvNews, the 3 BAFs and 10 2-packs are this year starting, well, it seems now since the Hulk line is already popping up. Didn't even have time to save up my money for the flood.

I do honestly believe that these figures will be produced next year..

Ares, Spider-Girl, U.S.Agent, Winter Soldier

and of course more Iron Man, Spider-Man and Wolverine, which I don't mind as long as they are new/different

For today we are spotlighting Photographer Aliska and her photo of the Marvel One:12 Collective Daredevil figure titled "Beat To Hell". You can purchase One:12 Collective figures from our sponsor Megalopolis.Toys.   "Beat To Hell" By Aliska Be sure to give Aliska a follow on Instagram and let her know what you think of their work in the comments below.
    • Believe it or not, they did release a Satana back in the 2013 SDCC Exclusive Thunderbolts boxed set.  It's not the classic look of course, but was pretty far from toned down for Hasbro.
    • That's what I'm holding out hope for. Too true, sad, but true.
    • I have to say the Walgreen's Invisible Woman is my favorite for three reasons: 1) she was my very first Marvel Legends figure, my gateway into collecting this brand; 2) Sue is my favorite female Marvel superhero; and 3) it's a good-looking figure with cool interchangeable hands, an attractive body and head sculpt--and H.E.R.B.I.E.! Other female Marvel Legends I really like are: Spider-Gwen Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew, original costume) Black Widow (vintage wave) The Enchantress Female characters that I want Hasbro to release are: Captain Marvel II/Photon/Spectrum (classic Monica Rambeau) She-Hulk (either from the Savage or Sensational She-Hulk comics, not the new version) Magik (classic New Mutants costume with the eldritch armored arm and a reasonable-sized sword) Gamora (original appearance, green fishnet-looking costume) Satana, the Devil's Daughter (I doubt this will happen) Colleen Wing (my Misty Knight figure needs her partner) Clea (Doctor Strange's paramour) Tigra Princess Python (from the Circus of Crime, complete with giant bendy-wire snake that can wrap around her) Rogue (original green costume, hood, short hair) The Wasp is another one of my favorite Marvel women, and I have both of her comic figures, but I really would like to see another based on one of her more iconic costumes from either the '70s or '80s.
    • Carol Danvers Ms Marvel hands down. She looks like how a real woman looks (I know, I collect toys, how would I know what a real woman should look like). Her proportions are perfect to me. She is one character that Hasbro and even Toybiz seems to just knock out of the park. Loved the Toybiz’s version and the Hasbro one upped that version as well. A few others are Mockingbird (great sculpt and costume), Photon (or was she Pulsar? Beautiful face) MCU Wasp was a pleasant surprise, and i thought the Riders Black Widow was a welcome minor change to her usual offering
