Hello. I was just wondering which one is the more common one in the comics im pretty sure its the red one right? Although the blue has some good comic time as well? Let me know guys what costume was used for what, and which one is the more common one. Thanks!

Same thing with Arch angel. Which face paint scheme is used for what in teh comics? Or do they have no meaning and it just depended on who drew the comic? Thanks

the lastest one is the archangel version. it make me think we need a more up to date Angel now since he is back to feather and pink skin.

Well I know that..but i want to know when they were in use in the comis what did each costume stand for or mean (if there even was a meaning or just the artists choice)

Don't forget about this Angel from the X-Men Series: http://marvellegends.net/XMen/X3-2Angel.jpg

For whatever reason you are asking this question, just go with the ones you find most aesthetically pleasing.

I prefer using the following two:

For me, the red/white suit says "demon" instead of "Angel".

The paint applications on the second Archangel doesn't look as intimidating as the first.

as far as im concerned, the blue is better because the shade is a more angelic color, and thus ties in with the theme.

Angel:

The Red was worn during the Defenders. He wore a similar one while he was in the X-Men but it had gold boots and gloves and the mask was had a different trim.

The Blue he definitely wore while he was in the X-Men, I believe was given to him by Magneto?? and it was leeching his powers?? god I hate myself.

Archangel (one word):

I really don't know the backgrounds to either all I can say is that the trim on the one with the brown eyebrows is very close to his "Death" mask and the one with the blond brows looks more recent.

I have the Blue Angel and 2006 Archangel.

They've been gone from retail, for a while, now. All I can say is try Ebay, comic book shops, or secondary market toy dealers.
