Gotta go with the 1st one. It looked metallic and it was red. To me that makes it more comic accurate, but that's just me. The paint was tighter too. This repaint line is a bit on the sloppy side all around.

im going with the first version though supposedly he had bad quality (sloppy paint, loose joints, etc.)

Must have gotten lucky. My original is open and the paint is much sharper than the new one I got, and no loose joints.

The first version, but hopefully the new version wont have teh paint and ankle problems of the first version.

so they only problem with the new one is paint? i'll go for that one and just repaint it then. no problem for me. i repainted a Mk II iron man all silver and he looks much better.

 

when i finish iron spidey i'll post pics!

I actually have all three I like the paint on the original the only things as you move the joints the paint flakes off.
