I got Thing and Reed in the mail today, I have to say, these are probably some of the nicest figs I've seen so far (from Hasbro).

I have the thing from the ronan BAF and hes a pretty nice figure. The reed on the other hand I think looks funny so its a pass on this 2-pack for me. I'm getting ronin and captain packs.

I have the series 5 reed, which is cool. I like his accessories. But this is a nicer overall figure. As for the other things, I didn't like them. The series 2 thing was too chunky looking.

I had Ronan; he was a great figure! I was able to get Mole Man, Mr. F. & Silver Surfer for $28 including shipping on ebay & I picked up the other parts cheap there as well. I listed it on ebay last week starting at $3 and it went for $71!! I never imagined in a million years it would go for that much! I thought maybe $25-30!

Yea, Ronan sells for sick money. I've seen him go for more than most sentinels...which makes no sense. Except, I guess, that the Ronan series A) never shipped to Canada and B) was hard to find in general.

I am only missing the torso and the head for Ronan. I get sick when I think of the time I passed one Sue at Wal-Mart....excuse me ...*bluuuurrrp*. That was a vomit noise.

The Thing from the Fantastic Four Classics line is the best Thing released imo. Such a perfect likeness.

Has anyone modded the long, lanky Mr. F to accomidate the slapper hand and hammer from the box set? I think that would make him a little less goofy looking?

i like the thing from the 2 packs more than ronan series, the coloring looks better. I think the best deal from getting both 2 F4 packs is that they will all be the same color :)
