I do want to talk to the people that decide what figures go in each wave. Movie figs in a regular ML wave is semi-retarded, especially if the movie came out a YEAR AGO!!!

 

And when in the world are we going to see Northstar, Aurora, and Silver Samurai?

 

Hopefully soon, I mean they sometimes listen to us collectors but overall I am just going to be a nit-picker about what i buy from them, for example, like in the ares wave i'm going for the Torch variant and i might go for Vision, I might have to see them in person. As of right now, i dont give a hoot about the bafs anymore, Hasbro wasn't using it to there full potential...wasn't the idea of bafs to give us larger figures that couldnt be sold seperatly?

I got the "collector item" excuse from a target employee back when i was trying to find the sentinel wave. This ofcourse was after he teased me by telling me they were in stock. (a-hole!) I didnt ask for a manager i just walked out and went to a comic book store in the same town. They had them all for a dollar more than target. When i told the guy about it he price matched them. when i got done i was feeling spiteful so i went back and found the guy and let him know i had found them and bought them from someone else. I doubt he cared but it made me feel better about the situation until i realized how embarrasing it was.

i hate the fact that a gwen stacy marvel legends hasent been made yet. i mean shes one of the most important people in spideys life and they cant make one figure i mean come on theres like 500 differnt marvel legends spider mans. if they cared about true fans/collecters instead of lil kids wanting another spider man or a wolverine mabye some truely needed figures could be made.

Yeah that would be cost effective. I don't know I was never into figs of characters like Mary Jane, Aunt May or Gwen Stacey being done. They seem like a waste when there is actual heroes that haven't been done by the Marvel Legends line yet. I would take any person from the new Guardians of the Galaxy, or any hero in Annihilation over Gwen Stacey any day. Why Gwen Stacey when you can have Gamora or Phylla-Vell Quasar instead? Heroes are a lot more enticing to me.

well gwen and mj are just as important as other heros .thier in the comics (and movies) somtimes more than some superheros and they would complete alot of peoples spider man collection.and about selling them thier in the movies so im sure the kids know who they are i remember the mj for the 1st spider man movie she was so not a pegwarmer it took foreva to find her . but in the end i guess thier more for true marvel fans like people who are totally into it.

Well I am a Hulk fan and I wouldn't want a General Ross or Betty figure. I would rather get Zaax or a modern Hulkbuster Iron man. There are so many other Spider-Man figs that could be done like Hammer Head or even Tombstone. I don't know just my perferance.
