Unlikely that we'll see figures from other lines being redecoed in to the Marvel Universe line. The licensing agreement probably doesn't allow for it outside the occasional accessory or exclusive. Hasbro is the master of the redeco, but mostly within the same line. Any "bleed over" usually happens with accessories (Indiana Jones and G.I. Joe have a few shared weapons, for example). Sometimes vehicles get repurposed, too, but it's usually from a defunct line.
