Wolverine Origins figures are here!

So... today was a normal day at work at Toys R Us, right? WRONG... so I'm stocking the new star wars figures and I reach for the next box and BEHOLD! Wolverine Origins figures! I immediately ripped open the case to find some surprisingly nice figures that I was sure would suck. I hated the idea of 3 3/4" figures, but there's something new and exciting that I felt as a collector as I held them in my hands... and they are street dated for March 1st, so I can't buy them until then. Ha... at least they showed up. When Hasbro said Red Hulk series would be released on sept. 1st, I searched all the Targets from Dayton to Cincinatti, OH, and no one had seen any sign of them until the end of the month... and Toys R Us always gets everything late. But NO MORE! The Wolverine figures are awesome, and more importantly, ON TIME!

2x Yellow/Blue Wolverine, 2x Logan, 2x Deadpool, 1 Gambit, 1 Maverick, 1 Weapon X, 1 Sabertooth, 1 Brown costume Wolverine, 1 Stealth Wolverine. I'm pretty positive that was the case pack... I know there was 2 each of Logan and Deadpool. A total of 12 figures per case.

I went to the toys r us i recently worked at and asked them to check the computer....and yessir!! They had one box of Wolvie Origin Figures. The box has a small sticker "do not display til 3/1" But they do ring up! They also had all the new spidey classics (they suck!) and the new superhero squad 2 packs. I purchased maverick, brown wolvie, blue/yellow, gambit, weapon x, the army gear logan, and 2 deadpools. So, if any one wants a deadpool let me know. I am located right outside St.Louis MO!!

It kind of upsets me that Toys R Us stores would blatantly violate street dates like that. I was excited to find these at my store, and yes, I did put them on hold... but I'll wait till the 1st. Many TRU stores will be fined for violating street dates, and as a result, employees hours will probably be cut. They already suck as it is.

I agree with that. Kind of unfair to those who are into the 33/4 figs. He did mention that he is a former employee,kind of explains it. Still doesn't make it right but it explains it.

yes I worked there, but the figs are in their system and they ring up just fine. But why is it not fair??? Just ask ! they will pull them for you!
