Help: Will there be Wolverine Origins 6-inch figures ever made?

Just curious...I know that there is one 6 or 7 inch Diamond version of Wolverine in his undershirt but will Hasbro not produce a 6-inch line to go with the film? Are the figures just stuck at 3 3/4 inches? I know there are 2packs of reissued characters that are not in the film ie. Beast, Cyclops but I wonder if Hasbro will release characters like Sabertooth and Deadpool in a 6inch format? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

There are a couple of two-packs of 6" figures being released (X3 Beast and Wolverine and I think I heard Cyclops and...somebody...can't quite remember who...might've been Sabretooth), but there's been no info as to whether they're exclusives or what, or if any more are planned. Neither pack (from what I remember) actually contains figures from the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie.

 

In short, it doesn't appear that there's going to be any significant 6" scale support for this film, no.

It sucks a 6 inch Wolverine movie/Origins line would have flew off the selves like the Iron Man toys did last spring. Kids will buy those figures just because it has Wolverine on the package.

I think they would probably do a line if the movie does really well, Remember in 2007, Hasbro only did a 5" movie line for Spider-man 3 but after all the complaining they ended up doing a 6" line aswell.

No at least nothing announced at this time. As mentioned before there will be 3 Wal-Mart exclusive 2-packs released with X-Men movie figures but nothing from the actual Wolverine Origins movie. DST will be doing a 7" Logan figure from the movie.

Two reasons....

 

1--this board is deader than disco pal....there's just tumble weeds flyin' around these parts so I figured it would increase my chances of getting an answer

 

2--because your uncle touches you at night cocheese.
