It's weird where I am in Cali, when I went to the disney store, there were 14 scorpions and Lizards. And the Xmen first class packs are completely filled to the brim in my Toys R Us. However, I've yet to see a stretch strike venom. And I've also never seen a cable, cyclops, or apoc in retail. I've actually only seen a FA Wolverine and Gladiator once, the first week they came out. That was it for wave 13. Oh, and I've also never seen the new two packs of DP/TM and SS/P

Yea what's with that?! Haha, like all the single scorpions and lizards, I never picked up one, but in like a week they were all gone save a few in the disney store. Where are you at Mousesi?

Checked out a Disney store in the San Marcos outlets and didn't have any Marvel action figures :(

yeah man i'd meant to tell you the one in RR doesn't have any either. They said the figures aren't in any of the outlet stores, however, Lakeline Mall DOES still have a legit Disney store that does carry Select, MU, etc figures.

checked u TRU yesterday and finally saw X-Men first class comic packs for $15.99. be careful with these, the paint apps are kinda shady! especially the Cyclops and Marvel Girl

yeah, I ran into those the other day at tru, only mine had them priced at 16.99. They were an easy pass for me. The paint apps are terrible. They had like six of each to choose from too. Bad mojo....

From cali (nor cal) here but havent see any lizard , scorpion or new venom. I have seen the new comic packs and wave 13 but none of the new spidey stuff , the newest wave i have seen from the spidey line was back in december when i got me a Carnage ,ever since then i havent seen anything new. I only know of one disney store and when i checked all they had was a grey hulk with bent card , 3 dumb spidey variation of the spidey line, a few cap and thor toys , no x men box set but they did have some marvel selects. So my disney store is not as active as the ones in so cal. But im still hoping that ill see it in retail for i have seen everything in retail

except the mandarin wave.

HEY GUYS, a KMART supervisor on the phone today stated he has seen Wave 2, 3 and 4 of THOR and Captain America Deluxe wave 2 in IOWA and owns them all. And stated these have shipped all over!!! So, if you believe everything you hear from KMART!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Keep your eyes open. And get your brain checked.

I was recently down in Universal, Orlando taking my band on our annual trip there. The shops are LOADED with Lizard and Scorpion toys (along with the other ridiculous Spier-Man figures). I also spotted a Havok variant and a bunch of regular Archangels.

Corona and your in Temecula yea? I do travel everyweek to and from my parents place in West Covina. So i usually hit everything inbetween haha! But still havent seen a Strech Strike Venom, Lizard, or Scropion.

Went to Wal-Mart today. Nothing new, just the same revision cases. I never thought I'd get bored of seeing Bullseye on the pegs. Still not even a hint at Cap wave 2.

 

It wasn't all for nothing though, I got a kick ass Spider-Man shirt while I was there. It has the art for Amazing Fantasy #15 on the front. Wal-Mart finally proved useful. Now I just need them to sell some Iron Man gear.

I saw wave 2 Captain America figures at the Toys R Us next to the Century III mall. I wanted to pick up the Captain Britain until I noticed that a lot of the white detailing looked pink. I'm going to hold off until I find a better one.

Went out around noon today to get some catfood and gardenhose nozzles from Target and wandered into the toy aisle where I found Crossbones on the peg. There was nothing else there but a couple of Thor's hammers and some Transformers: DOTM stuff.

 

I was really surprised to find Crossbones today. What luck!

Picked up a Winter Soldier at Target and US Agent/Heroic Age Captain America at the Disney Store. The Disney Store had 3 Winter Coat Caps. Bleh.

 

Just gotta find Red Skull and Crossbones and I'll be all set with Cap.

Stopped @ a random K-Mart when I was down south for the MonsterMania 18 convention in Baltimore and found 10 box sets of International Patriots so I bought a pack with great paint apps. A lot of the Cap Britains had red paint all over the "skin" parts of the face. Also, a bunch of Red Guardians had messed up stars on the chest. $19.99

 

Both the Wal-Mart and K-Mart I went to in that area had NO Marvel Universe pegs.

 

But about 12 pegs full of THOR at each!

 

Good thing X-Men First Class wasn't totally awesome and great and amazing and everyone isn't buzzing about it and no kids want any X-Men toys now! Those 75 peg-warming THORS at every store will make the kids happy!

Saw the First Class 2 packs at a TRU today. The Cyclops/Jean is decent but I'm personally not a fan of the costumes. I really wanted to grab the Wovie/Sabretooth but why, oh why, can't they pick a Wolverine and stick with it. The one pictured on the back is the one from the Cap/Wolvie 2-pack but for some reason they stuck this squatty head XMO crappy repaint in with a pretty decent Sabretooth. If it drops in price I'll pick it up but $17.99 is too much for only wanting one figure.

 

I also found a Skull and Crossbones at a Target but passed since a friend of mine already snagged them for me. I have a feeling these will be pretty abundant the closer we get to the movie's release.

So true. I've been hesitant to jump on a Red Skull on ebay for the simple fact that almost every toy from the other movie lines has been easily found eventually. Remember when Odin was rare? Or any of the Iron Man toys (Wave 4 excluded)?

Out of curiosity, are the Xmen First Class comic packs exclusive to TRU? Or is TRU the only one who has gotten them so far?

 

The price is just outrageous for them. I've seen them for 19.99 at one TRU. I just want the Wolverine/Sabertooth pack even though I heard the other sabertooth is a lot better.
