I saw the comic 2 packs today @ Target. I picked up the Dark Phoenix /Cyclops. I'll pick up Daken/Venom later in week.

The Target in Cool Springs (Franklin- right outside of Nashville) has the 2-pack figures as well as the newest MU wave (cleared out other than Wolverine with new/better head sculpt). I wanted to pick up the Black Panther... but when i looked at him, all i wanted was the cape. I could have cared less on the others. But may still pick up Punisher (something about him says i NEED to right a fan fic with him and Grifter).

 

I am now going to start hunting more for the recent MU Waves in Nashville, but think that they missed me.

Its the one with the holographic Iron Man Mark VI, the recon War Machine with camo deco and a version of the Hulkbuster armor. I don't have a picture handy but here was a recent Youtube review:

My local Target got the revision case. So I picked up a Modern Thor. Wish I would of had more cash on me cuz I don't have a Hulk or the Ultimate Cap yet and they were there.

Good haul today. I netted the Silver Centurion Iron Man, the long-haired Winter Soldier variant, and the Dark Avengers comic pack with Venom and Daken.

 

Strange thing about the comic pack though was the comic inside--it had the cover of Dark Avengers #1 but no number on it. Inside it turned out to be not Dark Avengers #1 at all, but the Exodus special issue that ended the Dark Avengers/X-men Utopia storyline. Not only that, but the Terry Dodson-drawn pages where Emma Frost confronts the Sentry were missing from the book. Bizarre.

Yup. East L.A. I found the comic pack at a Target in Alhambra, and the others at Universal Citywalk. Most of the places I looked today were trying to offload old Namors and Green Goblins. The new figure I saw at most places was the gold renaissance Iron Man.

Fury of Combat 4 pack has hit Mentor Toys R US in Ohio. Picked one up. Parma will have them tomorrow and Mayfield has nothing shipping or in store. I think this set is great. I used a $5.00 IM coupon and got it for $20.00. Tried University Hts Target for the new comic 2 packs and nothing. :(

I found the Proving Ground at a Rexburg, Idaho K-Mart. They have stickers on them that say they are a K-mart exclusive. I have an extra I'm hoping to trade for a Fury of Combat set, I'm about a half hour from a TRU and can't check it very often.
