phasing vision (glossy)- 5 digit stamp should be something like 92330

I picked up X-Men Collector Pack (X-Force with Apocalypse) and Black Costume Spiderman vs Dr. Doom Comic pack at TRU. I picked up Silver Centurian vs. Mandarin and Wolverine vs. Hulk comic packs at Target.

 

I passed on Collosus vs. Juggernaut because I don't need a helmetless Juggy and Colossus looks bad in just grey. I would have also passed on the Mandarin set, but I never saw the Mandarin in store from the Iron Man 2 line.

 

My favorites are the Hulk, Angel. and that Spiderman. (He should have been the alternate ML Spiderman as opposed to Big Time Spidey).

Went out yesterday to the weekly card toy show and snagged a ff set with a clear invisible woman wasn't expecting to find it but just happen to luck out. The prices for the singles for wave 18 are going for 20.00 the 2 packs are going for 35.00

I've been a long-time lurker, and figured it should be time to contribute something to these amazingly helpful forums.

 

Last night I went to Walmart just as they were stocking the toy shelves, and found the Avengers toy line "Chitauri Cosmic Chariot Invasion". I guess it comes 3 per case, because I saw a guy leave the toy aisle with two in his cart, and there didn't seem to be that many deluxe figures left.

THanks for the head's up. Good information knowing that those are out. Only a matter of time when the rest of Avengers W4 come out. I can't wait for those.

Definitely got to keep looking for Avengers wv4 and MU wv18. Neither one seems to be hitting around here yet; but there have only been a few figures that NEVER showed up here so it should be soon.....I hope.

Bad MU news for me.

Three of my Walmarts confirmed they will NOT be stocking MU figures anymore at this time with the earliest being OCTOBER before they consider selling them again.

 

Reason? Low product and low sales.

Well stopped by TJ Maxx again looking for King Loki. Struck out by inches..found Laufey instead. Left him since I already have him but as I was leaving..there it was...a classic colored Sentinel..SCORE!

Just found MU Greatest Battles Comic Packs at toys r us. They are store exclusives. Future Foundation Black Suit Spider-man & Future Foundation Dr. Doom and Spider-Man & Rhino. Found in Upstate NY.

Also if I fail to find any MUs, I think I'm getting the case. Anyone would want a carded Hulk for Ghost Rider if I go ahead and do it? I think Hulk and Colossus are the only ones not keeping.

The following Comic Packs just arrived in the mail (from a fellow collector):

I found some stuff at different stores.

 

 

First off at Wal Mart - I found an Invisible Skin Lizard from the Spider-Man Movie Line. Has anyone else seen this, Id never heard about it. Are there any other new Spidey figs I should know about.

 

 

Toys R Us - Found Dr. Doom/Spidey 2 Pack. I have to take it back though. Doom fell apart as soon as the package was open.

 

 

Target - Found one remaining Hulk/Wolverine 2 pack. Wish they had had the other two 2 packs in this wave, but I still picked up the Hulk/Wolverine pack.

 

 

Then in the Mail, I got the SDCC Masters of evil set and the new wave of MU. Kraven and Beta Ray Bill are 2 of the best figures in the MU line.

Found the Collectors pack. Found out the Walmart no longer stocking MU is set in stone for my state so I'm really screwed. Found the black armored Iron Man 2 figure at TJ Maxx, nothing else.

 

As for the two Targets and two Toys R Us, not a thing. Not a sniff of a thing.

 

We discussed it and we are just ordering the figures revision case we think. It's just going to be easier for us.

Before my inbox gets flooded I haven't decided what to do with the extras yet (either trade or sell for the few things left I need to be complete)

It came with the Amazing Bagman and upside down Morales (same as W18 ) both both Blaastars!

woah! they finally changed the way they do the MU cases.. so much better now. I hated those cases with the openings on the end instead of the top.

yeah, they used to be stacked vertically. That's how I have about 3 or 4 cases worth of dupes stored. Makes it very hard to see what's in there and also to take them out. I do keep a list on the outside of the boxes though. I believe the Avengers figures are shipped the same way as well as the Joes.
