Also, anyone think it's interesting that HTS has had Baron Zemo, Iron Man, and the repacks up for a while but they haven't put up Abomination and Cloak? Perhaps they're waiting for some A-Bomb and Dagger cases to show up so they can list them separately and not force buyers to roll the dice on which they'll get?

I would love to share your optimism, but this is Hasbro we're talking about, and they don't seem to have any set policy at all when it comes to variants.

My revision case came in and yes, Dagger and A-Bomb are in it. A little disappointed that Colossus isn't any different from the original release, but that's not a biggie.

My Hall of Armor just got here in the mail. Love the cardboard backdrop. It works nicely to display my other armors. It's a shame Hasbro didn't do more of these, because a lot of the IM3 armors are repaints of figures Hasbro already made. Wouldn't cost them much to make them.

Abomination and Cloak are in Wave 23 (listed as Wave 3) and A-Bomb/Dagger are in Wave 4. I'd order a case to be sure you get who you want, but you could always take your chances in stores. I've seen some people saying they found Wave 23 at TRU.

Well ... crap. My BBTS order was Abomination and CLoak too. Which I just ordered from HTS. And I'm sure are not going to be all that useful for trade fodder. I don't care about A-Bomb, but was really hoping to get Dagger, who'r probably going to be impossible to find. Womp womp.
