3 3/4" sighting and hauls

Recommended Posts

I nabbed the Cap Legends from Target about a week ago. They pulled them from the back room.

LOVE Baron Zemo, AIM soldier, and the Hydra is pretty cool too. Red Skull is alright, but I am not loving the Punisher body re-use. Both Cap figures suck because of the costumes.

I got Baron Zemo, Red Skull, and Hydra Agent today. They were out of AIM Soldier :(...... hopefully I can find him soon... FYI I like Red Skull best, he looks bad ass.

I saw the new 3.75 Cap figs.....I was under-whelmed by them.....I gotta have another look at em'....I'm kinda havin to choose which line I'm gonna go w/as the holidays have left my wallet & Credit cards hemorrhaging & so far the 6" line is winning hands down.....I've seen 3 A-bombs at target but no sign atall of Abomination....my gf's son gave me Abomination for Xmas, Crom bless him.....I haven't even spotted "Black Knight" but I'm holding onto hope for him...at least I snagged up Cloak & Dagger....Cloak from TRU & Dagger from Target......Walmart-nada, I even snagged up a FF Spider man but would've preferred Brown Bag Spiderman but I'm lucky I just found something.....oh & I finally found Kraven the other day too.....good luck hunters

yeah, minus the Red Skull, the Cap Winter Soldier figures are terrible in the 3 3/4 scale. Though, I have to admit, I am happy about it so I do not have to buy a ton of toys, easier on the wallet.

How'd they get WORSE at Evans' face likeness? The unmasked Cap from the Avengers line was pretty perfect....this is bad.

Yeah, not interested in any of those. Sooooo today I called all the Targets, Walmarts and TRU's trying to find Carnage, Black Cat and AIM Soldier. As far as Avengers Infinite, I liked all except Cap and Iron Man since they are just repaints as usual lol. Just glad we have some cool figures to look forward to. Excited about Toxin too (I think there's another legend I like but can't remember).

I actually picked up the 3.75" CATWS Steve Rogers and Winter soldier.

They're not that bad. I'll repaint the Chris Evans head to improve the likeness.

Does anyone remember who the Hong Kong seller was that had those Shocker figures with the wrong head?

At the time it was sinodolls, but I don't think they have them anymore.

Found this at Toy Specialty Shop just before Xmas last week...paid $40 for him it was good enough considering how expensive they really are nowadays

Then last week I ordered some more stuff from amazon & snagged up the Destroyer....he has limited Articulation but I just love the look of this guy...he's grown on me & I was able to add-on a couple of extra figs due to the after xmas clearance clarence sale.....I picked up MU Colossus, Iron Spider & Black & Blue Ironman....they were almost $3 bux apiece w/the add-on deal....cept Punisher I had to pay $7 for him.....

Not surprising, and it may be old news, but the 3.75" Spider-Man and Electro are on HTS...

(sorry if it's been said already).

I may get that Electro...have to think on that Spider-Man. The lack of at least arm articulation really bothers me...

I bought both Spider-Man and Electro. IMO, even though they lack articulation, they do look great. Electro's light-up gimmick is pretty cool.

While I wish it had better articulation, I have actually had a blast with that Electro. I like that you can fix the backpack to keep him lit up. Its a fun toy to play with.

I finally found the 3.75" Cap figures. Target employee brought out the full set of 4 for me. I'm excited to get home and open 'em up.

I picked up Angel; world war Hulk; red hulk; nova is anybody still looking for these? I could trade or sell.

There could be some people still looking for Nova, but case in point, if it's readily available on HTS, then most likely everyone has it who wants it or needs it....

    • yesterday i did a bit of hunting and it was a pretty good success. i was looking for the demogoblin and skrull wave but i only found a couple. walmart has nothing yet. bare shelves. but i did stop by a couple walgeens and they did have the cuckoos. i found 5 of them, 3 at one and 2 at the other. i picked up a set of 3. i also found invisible woman human torch and superior doc ock at target and gamestop. i found it interesting that both target and gamestop had the same exact figs without variation. I did not pick them up because i plan on buying the whole wave together if i cant find them in the next couple days. I am happy with the cuckoos for now.   Here's what my local Walmart looks like all the time now. shameful. They had an abundance of marvel legends before i started collecting again. There were all ways a ton sitting in the clearance isle as well but now I'm lucky to find regular priced ones on the shelf. I have to go all the way in to another town to find any.
    • Marvel made the definitive Dracula with their Tomb of Dracula series, and I would love to see a figure with that in mind. I understand there's an "updated" version, but he's so removed from the iconic Colan/Wolfman character, he may as well be another vampire altogether. So yes please Hasbro make a Count Dracula from TOD, and make an "updated" one for the folks who like that too. Man, don't get me started on how fantastic a live action Dracula, based on TOD, would be...too extreme for Disney+ but another company could pick it up....
    • Yes, but don't you agree its about accuracy? Scarlett might not see the problem, but then she didn't see the problem of casting her as the lead for Ghost in the Shell either, so I'm not sure I can go with her judgement here. This isn't objectification; many of us have ranted on this same forum about Hasbro not giving Captain America his wings or making the Torch's head yellow. Cant speak for anyone else but I'm not saying I refuse to buy this figure or that its trash, just because its not totally accurate, but I am saying , If you're making a figure that's supposed to look like a particular thing/person, the figure should look that way.
