Thanks, all.

Batman is a Black Panther base. Luckily I hadn't replaced him and now they're coming out with one with cape!

The gloves and boots were chopped and replaced with the gauntlets and boots of one of the 4" Dark Knight Batmen because I liked the Arkham Asylum-esque detail. The hands come from a Joe movie Accelerator Suit.

The utility belt is from a Microman Batman, the batarang from DC Superheroes Series 3 Batman.

The plastic portion of the cape is from the Infinite Heroes Batman, blended into the cloth cape from a Toy Biz Batman. Little sentimental there, that cape came from my very first Batman figure back in '89.

Finally, the head is a Marvel Universe Daredevil with the horns chopped off and Apoxie sculpted ears.

Proud to say the symbol is also freehanded and handpainted, no stencil, decal, or decoupage!

Onyx - awesome job on the venom, great idea! I wish Jin Saotome would put up his tutorial on changing the hip articulation on these (same as xmow) to the traditional t-bar. So for now I'll have to stick with this swap.

Steve - looking great man, I really like your work!

I dont habe a Tut for you, but its not that hard to do. I did what your wanting with mine. I added the cross bar from my MLS/SHS Venom along with his legs.

I took an exacto blade to the seem inbetween the legs (soft plastic) and pushed it up to the ball joints and removed them. Then I drilled a cross section out of the groin area and inserted the t-bar. Follow by setting the bar and securing it (i used Lock Tite). Once it set, I put the MLS/SHS legs on the new torso.
