Something about that head sculpt makes me think of Brandon Lee. You could make a great Crow custom out of it, I bet!

Sweet likeness, you never fail to impress. Unfortunately, I think Jason Momoa made a terrible Conan. I know the number of actors built like classic Arnold aren't staggering, but man...at least get someone that looks like they didn't just hit the gym for a month and call it quits.

Well, I think he had more of the comic style look. I do think he could have been a bit bigger. The design of the film was great but the acting was just horrible! Good thing it had great ta-tas in it or it would have been a total flop!

I know everyone's not genetically gifted, or has access to an inhuman amount of steroids, but Momoa reminds me of one of those high school kids that played sports for four years, never had any extra bodyfat, and can do a week's worth of situps then BAM...abs.

 

I'm a longtime gym rat, so Momoa's physique just doesn't impress me. Especially when compared to transformations like we've seen in Christian Bale and Ryan Reynolds. Not that those guys are huge, but they certainly bulked up and slapped on some appreciable muscle for their roles.

I only care about myself. i dont have access to a gym or its equipment. i use dumbbells of varying weights and i use many different types of plyometric and fat burning exercizes. and i'm not a 'hardgainer'...i gain fat really damn quick. lol

what do you use for paint? or do you cast in different colors?

I cast it in flesh. I painted the hair just to show. Nothing fancy. I use different brands of paint. This was Model Masters

I thought the movie was way more watchable than i expected, and as far as the acting goes the bar was set pretty low by Schwarzenegger!! but in Arnold's defense he's still the better Conan

of course. i was just suggesting that once the eyebrows were painted, they might change the look of the forehead to hairline ratio? because i thought that was what you meant?

I went to ebay...saw the custom as part of a group shot then searched(on ebay) 'Marvel universe warpath custom'.

I realize now that it is colossus body with venoms arms

Onxy, I am thinking about tackling a new project. I am thinking about attempting a GRAVITON sans AEMH...Here is the parts list, I am thinking about...if any of you have any better ideas let me know.

 

Body: Thinking maybe piledriver or something similar...

 

Feet: Taskmasters white boots

 

Cape: Moon knight

 

Head: Blackbeard from POTC
