Wow, total dicks. Like we're always saying, if you can't afford the habit you got no business being a collector. I mean it's not like prices are ever gonna go down. I really do like ML's packaging but if there's any complaint I have it's that it's too easy for douches to do stuff like this. That's one of the most severe cases I've ever seen. Looks like they've been doing it and getting away with it for so long they aren't even trying to make it look legit anymore. Karma will bite them in the ayass in the end, tho.

What sucks is the retailers aren't helping either. I've tried talking to employees and store managers to alert them to what's going on, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. One time while I was talking to a Walmart employee about it, she pulled the ones I pointed out that were missing BAF parts off the shelves and thanked me for letting her know, but lo and behold the very same ones were back on the shelves the next day.

X-Men wave is up at TRU.com and at the same price as the previous X-Men wave of $15.99! Of course Cyclops and Colossus are gone but everyone else is still available.

You're welcome! Also didn't mean to sound like a dck with my tedious comment - I usually post links but when it's copying and pasting seven of them plus TRU makes it painful I figured I'd explain why I didn't post them in the first place.

 

Wonder if they're not showing in regular search results because they're still embargoed for some e-tailers. HTS pulled them the morning after they put them up, and to my knowledge they still haven't gone up on Amazon (except Colossus who randomly popped up a few times).

Got mine today & it was excellent. This is the Vulture that shoulda been in the 2nd Spider-Man wave & the MCU Vulture shoulda been a Walmart exclusive.

 

On a side note, I know I can't be the only one to notice the only winged characters that come with actual wings are the Walmart exclusives. I'm talking to you Sam Wilson Cap & MCU Vulture.
