Don't think anyone said Gorgon would be worth a mint, just that he was one we actually wanted. This wasn't a hostage pack for me at all.

I'm not convinced he will be worth the deluxe price (39.99) they are charging to put him in the box and charge 67.99. 🙂

I suspect eBay will prove Medusa is the one people are buying this pack for. We will see.

Again, no one said he'd pay for the two pack, just that we wanted him. He's new, and Madusa is a third version. And the other Madusas go for less than MSRP on ebay, so this pack isn't gonna be some windfall for anyone. If I only want one figure of a two pack I make a point of getting it on discount. The Psylock pack wouldn't have gone on sale, but an Inhumans pack probably will.

anyways agree, we are just inching closer to a 90's Avengers, would be so great to get Druid, Stingray, Mantis, Swordsman, and I'm totally very for filling out the Inhumans, despite having a Avengers jacket era Sersi, Green suit is a big want, Also speaking of characters who were avengers and had new suits, I'd really like to see Crystal in her Avengers get up.

Gladiator 2 pack, Werewolf by Night, and Dark Avengers Spidey in from Amazon.  Really enjoying the new Gladiator, and Werewolf by Night, even if a little light on accessories, just feels so right.  Super stoked to get that one.

Man, I'm bummed I missed Rachel, Widow, and the Black Bolt/Triton set in stock. By the time I heard about it, only a few were in stock. I coulda saved a lot.of money and canceled from a few places I don't love ordering from, like Walmart.

Just got BB and Triton too. First thing I pulled out of the box was the alt head for Triton. I just keeps making me think of Death Adder! It's not quite right enough for them to reuse for an actual figure outright, but I wonder if we could sort of kitbash him.

Also, the charged up head from the Black Panther wave Black Bolt works on this figure. Although, they use a blue black on the head that doesn't match the new figure. I'm "no-prizing" it because the energy crackling out of his forks are lighting it up. Works for me.

And the fact that they didn't use this body, with pinless joints and the butterflies, but, without the tiny shoulders, for Silver Surfer in the mini comic wave is crazy to me.

Added Enchantress, mini comic Silver Surfer, and the Black Bolt/Triton 2 pack to the collection.  Not a bad figure in the bunch, but it's amazing how much the new Enchantress and Surfer benefit from their new head sculpts.

Is there anything about Enchantress's power effect that makes it specific to her? If there isn't I was going to pick one up to use the effect for Polaris.

My local Walmart got one case of X-Men 97 wave 3 back in October, which sold fairly quickly, then seemingly empty pegs for weeks.

Now suddenly they have 8 Logans. Guess that means Hasbro is sending out full cases of him?

Only one has sold in the week and a half they’ve been there. Probably won’t stock more of the full wave until these have all sold, if that ever happens. 😕

Walgreens by me has Quasar and Moonstone still. Do you think they are on clearance, heck no!!! They marked them UP, 30.99 US! Way to be guys.

 

But on a funner note, I got Cap and Venom Gamerverse pack at Target for 40 bucks!! Just opened it. Cap is really nice, do love the butterflies, but not the "no chainmail". Like the thumbs up hand, but don't like the no grasping hands. He can do some cool poses, but I do wish he had that upper torso swivel. But overall Really nice Cap. One of the best, but still not my "perfect Cap". I'm getting picky at these prices though.

Venom is soooo great!...except being blue. I get why he is, but man...is he a repaint of a Venom I passed on? Cause he seems new compared to any I have. The bigger overall size really works. If he were painted black, he'd be the best Venom I have by far!
