Botched Legends

While recently browsing Wal Mart's toy section I went though their 2-packs and found Longshot and Psylocke packed in a Ronin/Elektra package, but the weirdness doesn't end there...

Longshot's body had Clint's head on it and Longshots head (minus some hair) in the spot of Ronin's. The set also included Elektra's extra, non-bandana'd head.

I snapped a shot with my camera phone, lord knows how to upload the photo onto the PC to show everyone. Wish I had the cash to buy it when I was there, just to add a nice little oddity to my collection.

Anyone else see one of these or something similar? Post pics if you got em!

Sound like somebody bought the Elektra / Ronin 2-pack, opened it, and replaced the figures with a couple of figures that they either didn't want, or had extras of, resealed the package and returned it to the store. I've seen this kind off thing before. The people that work at those customer service desks don't know a Ronin from a Longshot. Plus, they probably really don't care.

I once saw a Spider-Man Origins Black Spider-Man in the package of a Red Hulk Black Spider-Man. I'm sure it was the same kind of situation.

I see this quite often @ Walmart. I guess it's pretty easy to get away with it since the policy is not to question any return under $200.00, but I have seen it at Target also.

Most recently I saw a X3 two pack that had the movie Cyclops replaced with an X-Men Classics Cyclops, and a pretty beat up one at that.

I've probably seen situations like this @ 1 or every 3 trips to either store recently.
