I bought this auction for $75 shipped. What a bargain, lol! I'll post comparision pics with the other Hasbro IM when it arrives next week

Why? Why not wait the month and save $50?

I will admit, I love that shade of red.

those are the pics i saw. told you guys that he was shorter then the chick. well the figure looks cool anyway but i dont know if i get it. maybe for hill and the heads. i can always costumize something with it, since characters like maryjane and gwen are no way to get done, then i do them myself sometime.

Not really. Look at the feet, and you can tell the figures aren't on the same level as each other.

That would be wait TWO months. They come out Aug 30th at the soonest.

august 30th is a month and a half... we round down here

Well, when I pre-ordered they were to ship on 7/24 and I'm holding TRU to that!

Not sure what I'll do if they don't ship on 7/24...but...but...I'll do something!

They are NOT shipping on the 24th. We haven't even seen them for sale in Asia yet. The tiny amount that hit ebay was stolen from the factory. Just like it always is. If anyone in America gets them before Sept 1st I'll be suprised.

He's the best ML figure hasbro has ever made. The reason everyone including myself said he was so short was because he was barely taller than Maria Hill. But Maria Hill IS WAY taller than elektra figure and stands eye to eye will Face Off Punisher. The new IronMan is not short at all and stands eye to eye with Face off Captain America and when wearing the unmasked head he looks DOWN at face off Cap.

I'll post picks later toady.

For once a finished Hasbro figure looks better than the prototype. They showed red colored plastic at SDCC but delivered metailic red paint. The yellow parts are colored plastic but it looks true to the artwork unlike the much uglier MU version. I Give the figure a 10/10 review.

Looks great! The whole height deal has made this set a winner, and that is easily the best Classic Iron Man (or, dare I say it, of any Iron Man). The only thing that bugs me is the haircut on the Stark head is a bit more in a modern style, but I like it better, and that means it'll be a better fit if they decide to make any more armors in the two-packs.

Also, I know you asked not to share the pics, but do you mind if I post a link on another forum?

THANK YOU !!!! Im gonna have to say " I TOLD YOU SO". All that short talk just to stir it up. Hasbro deserves your apology!

So did they use the she-hulk body (or legs??) for Hill??

I'm thinking its a reverse Tarantula situation or something.

    • Marvel Select Superior Spider-Man.  I think it is (or was) a Disney Store Exclusive.
    • FINALLY. Just....delighted. Could it be a little better in places? Yes, but it's Alpha Flight. It's the full team (or close enough). Is this the best Marvel Legends box-set since Thunderbolts? Yes. Does this hammer literally everything at SDCC? Yes.  This has been teased and teased for literally a decade. Probably, you'll remember when the Deadpool/Sasquatch BAF wave was previewed, it was spoken of/rumoured to be 'The Alpha Flight wave'. Then, they showed the Wendigo BAF from the X-Force wave at one of the 'cons, and then that became 'the Alpha Flight wave'. Before this reveal, best you could hope for was maybe the twins in a two-pack or in an X-wave. This though...just beautiful. McHogan - re who's missing? from the first 12 issues, it's missing just Marina, but from the classic era of Flight (up to issue #50 or so) It's also missing: Box (I) (Roger Bochs, who I would just loved to have seen), Box (II) (Madison Jeffries), Talisman (sad about that, too). Nemesis, Laura Dean, Goblin, Persuasion/Purple Girl, Wild Child, Windshear, Diamond Lil, Sasquatch (II) ('Wanda Langkowski'), 'big' Puck & Windshear.
