Finally some good news - check the marvel panel news update on the first page - toward the end it states 'Nemesis Wave Moving across the country next month' - it finally looks like we will be able to pick this up for less than 25.00 per figure!

I know I saw that! That's pretty awesome & I want to be optimistic. I wonder how slow they will move across the country though haha. My Wal-Marts suck at putting stuff out.

Right?! yeah -- im trying to be optimistic too -- this is the first theyve actually said abt them actually showing somewhere besides san diego --- i hope this is'regular distribution' and not the 'limited quantities available' they stated abt the sets in san diego -- here's hoping!

Not to be mean, but it's nice that for once Canada got served first and that the US is stuck waiting. At least now you guys will know what we go through almost every time.

they first hit the SD area like on the 21st or something... but I don't think they have hit anywhere else yet 4 days later. So it's not the normal distribution yet

They've hit Arizona for sure, so they'll trickle out eventually. The funny thing is I'm Canadian and even though we got this wave first I now have to get an American friend to pick it up for me when it hits retail!

Welcome, my friend. I think originally it was supposed to be the yellow DD with the red being the variant and Punisher with camo variant but it seems they're being shipped in enough quantities not to be a "rare" variants.

They are variants but not in the classic sense. They are both produced 50/50. Equal amounts of both. But yes, the yellow is the regular & the red is the "variant."

they are setting new modulars at my walmart in a few weeks so maybe they will be a part of it

that's what i'm gonna do. went looking today at 3 local walmarts here in southeast texas and nothing. i've seen 2 posts claiming they got them in el paso and dallas, tx. i getting at least 3 sets. one for me, one for my friend here and another for a friend i know on youtube in new york.
