which are you wanting? u can have em for cost + shipping/paypal fees

That would be really awesome. I'd actuallly like to get both the Goliath and the Giant Skrull. Sounds like you're getting the red/blue Goliath one by you, which I prefer anyway. Let me know how you want to proceed. Thanks much.

Hey man, I made one last attempt to find them locally today, and guess what, one Walmart on the other side of the metro area had about 8 or 9 of each! I got the red/blue Goliath. But I want to thank you though for the very kind offer. Now if I can just find the Dum Dum Dugan/White Hand Ninja 2 pack.

Sitting here enjoying my Goliath figure. My favorite Hank Pym persona. Never thought I'd see him made in a million years - much less the lesser known blue/red costume. Thanks Hasbro:)

If there's another big Goliath fan out there and you have the Blue/Yellow version available in your market, let me know. I'd be interested in exchanging new boxed figs from Walmart- I have the Red/Blue one around here and he's pretty cool.

ive only seen the red goliath.

if i have the BAF giant man -- what are the merits of picking up either the red or yellow goliath in addition to the BAF? (i'm considering getting the yellow one if they ever get shipped to my area.)

Exactly the reason i didn't bother picking that one up (only ever seen yellow/blue around here btw). I like the BAF much better.

Interesting they used an Icon's body for Goliath rather than the BAF Giant-Man. I wonder what this means for the Sentinel Gigantic Battles figure? I had assumed they'd just be using the BAF's. Maybe the Sentinel is too big and detailed for Hasbro. They seem to like to dumb things down. I'm really hoping that Sentinel comes out without any reduction in articulation or detailing.

The new 'Gigantic' figures are smaller than a lot of the BAF's. i think i saw a pic somewhere on here showing the size difference btw Goliath and the BAF Giant Man.

I'm not sure about that. The first 4 BAFs (from Toybiz)- Galactus, Sentinel, Apocalypse and Giant Man were all pretty huge (and also made before the price of oil hiking up) but after that- Onslaught, MODOK, Mojo, Annihilus, Blob, Brood, Red Hulk, Ronan, Sandman, Ares and Nemesis all seem to be a bit smaller than the Gigantic Battles figures. Even still the GM BAF was the 4th smallest out of those top 4. But I could be wrong

Heh... oops.

My collection has 3 Sentinels, GM, Galactus, and Apocalypse in plain view. Skewed my opinion a little. My point was in reference to the GM vs Goliath.

Understood. From what I understand they are retooled Icons figures which mean they are about 12". I think the BAF was close to 15" and the Legends Goliath/pre-Legends Giant-man were about 8". It makes sense though costwise that they would use what they have already.
