ML Fin Fang Foom BAF Question

Recommended Posts

Is it worth getting the ML Fin Fang Foom BAF? Looking to add him to my son's MU collection but wasn't sure if I should. Seeing how Sentinels are on the way didn't know if I should hold off till then. Is it a good figure over all?

yes, he is worth it. the best BAF that hasbro made. if u can get him for around $100 that is. which is a good price considering that the FFF series was an eight figure series at $15 a fig. he does go pretty well with MUs from what ive seen. rumor is that there will be MU foom made much like the galactus and upcoming sentinel.

Then you awnsered his question,.. dont buy it! because you just said "Rumor has it they are going to make a new master works like sentinal and galactis". you also say its worth it buuut you dont own the figure?? Im not attacking you im just wondering what your logic is?? anyway I own one and its a cool figure very huge, but hollow so when you pick him up you will be supprised at how lite he is. Saying that theliter a big figure is the cheaper it feels, so you have to own it to know. also I got it for $65 so I think it was well worth what I paid for it, buut $100.00 thats pushing it.

Thanks guys. If there is a masterworks coming I'll hold off on it for now. Since the galactus I picked up for my son is one sweet ass figure I can wait to see about Foom.

I don't go much on rumor, but being a proud Foom owner, i gotta tell ya it's SO worth it to pick one up. My LCS had a 25% off sale today and i was tempted to pick up a 2nd.

I have ML Foom, and I collect MU. He looks great w/ MU. IF the "rumor" is true then you could always paint it to look like one of the other 2 metal dragons.

i think Fin Fang Foom is great, but hunting down pieces for him can be frustrating.

If you want the whole set, including the figures, then buy the box that was exclusive to the SDCC. that will cost you about $200.

If you simply want FFF by himself, search ebay and look for those who sell him beteween, $60 - $80. Happy hunting!!!

just to add my 2 cents... foom is an amazing fig. i cant say he's worth 100 bucks, but then again i own him. if i didnt own him he might be worth it to complete my collection.

I'm not sure how much I would pay for him alone, but I will say he's an awesome toy.

He fits in well with the MU figures!
