Went to the local Wal-Mart and found that the movie line Thor and Captain America were all on sale, picked up a Nick Fury for $7. Hopefully their clearing space for these bad boys!

That's not Frank Cho art, it's Ed McGuiness. Hes doing the art for MU currently now too

LOL, someone called one of the mods a "rookie". That's too funny. Sorry, MikeC123, but THAT was a "rookie" mistake. heh, no harm, no foul. I'm sure Clam's secure in his status, so you don't have to worry about retribution. (but that is dang funny)

I'm not sure how I feel about the card art. It's a little cartoonish, which means they're probably hoping to get more kids involved in the line this time around. Perhaps playing off the success of the Avengers cartoon? I'm okay with it, but I can see where lots of adult collectors might be a little turned off by it.

 

heck, mine aren't going to be staying in the package this time around anyway. I've been opening all my BAF's for the last couple years or so. Might have to get an extra Commander Rogers though...... perhaps another GR too.....

I digress, Lucky311 is right and I was just looking at a Ed Mcguiness/Dexter Vines comic the other day...huh. no offense to anybody I say things in jest. I really like EDDex's work really solid and eye catching. I think its smart if it worked for MU it should help Marvel Legends...(if its a action figure about COMICS shouldn't the Card packaging look like a comic?) Just like comics the covers have to be appealing and eye catching.

I live in Canada and a store from Montreal sent me a new release update saying they would be out in January but no official date, I also heard of another rumored date for the 13th, guess we'll see tomorrow how true it is.

while Terrax has shorter than normal arms, i will take him. He is big and bulky. No excuse but you cant have everything.

the only one that looks crappy is Klaw. I know little to nothing about Hope, but all the rest look great. Like others, i do hope that Iron-Man is bigger than he seems.
