Pricing List for ML?!

Does anyone have a pricing list for how much each marvel legend figure goes for? I have been checking ebay for older and current series and I cannot get a grasp on what is a fair price. Some older figures are very expensive while some newer ones (like BTS) are very expensive. Where is the best place to find a good price? Thanks!

that would be impossible to list as the prices fluctuate. eBay has always been the best guide for what the current prices people are paying for them. Just look at the completed listings and you can get an idea. And yes the older ones are going to be fairly expensive and the new ones you should be able to get around retail price or maybe not more than $5 over.

Ok well I just wasn't sure. For other collectibles like cards and what not, there are price guides that are updated constantly for market demand and whatnot. I normally use ebay completed listings and just average them out, but I wasn't sure if a site had done that already or had some historical basis.

Also with the new line, I still find most of them for far over MSRP...especially with this Wave 2 like Fantomex, Spidey, Madame, Daken... Is the supply for these figures just that bad?

A great example of this is the Series 6 Juggernaut. He used to go for $50 plus loose. Ever since the MS one came out though, he's obsolete. I saw one sell for $18 the other day and ended up getting rid of mine for $25.

Since I built my collection through eBay, I set a limit on each figure of what I was willing to spend and then just searched and bid on auctions until I got it for that price. If the auction got higher than I wanted or could afford, I just tried to find another one.

I bought all my figures loose, which is always going to be less expensive. A lot of them came from the same 4 sellers, too, which also helps because it's easy to monitor their listings and Buy It Now offers. I was even able to get a few discounts since I was a repeat customer.

Lastly, buy in lots. It's almost ALWAYS less $ per figure if you buy a lot at once. I got a huge lot of Spider-Man villains, about 20 figures, for a little over $100 once. It was probably the best deal I've ever gotten. My Face Off Captain America also came from a loose lot that when averaged out across all the rest of the figures was about $10.

I've never found any kind of price guide to be accurate. Even since the 80's when I was collecting sports cards.

Kinda, Wave 2 didn't seem to hit everywhere and when it did they didn't last long. I've probably seen them at different stores on maybe 3 occasions since they've been released. I got most of mine in cases online. I still see most of the figures you mentioned in the low $20's although some went for more (it's really up to the buyer). The only one's that are near impossible to find for a good price are the Big Time Spider-man and Masked Daken. They never hit en masse here although BT Spidey has showed up in Disney Stores. BBTS is getting revision cases of wave 2 in August

1x Heroic Age Captain America

1x X-Men's Hope Summers

1x Constrictor

1x Dark Wolverine

1x Ghost Rider

1x Future Foundation or Big Time Spider-Man

1x Marvel's Drax

1x Fantomex

and Wave 1 again sometime this month. Maybe retailers may be getting more as well

The only experience I really have in collecting anything is Pokemon cards in which there were websites that had compendiums of information and a price index. There were also sellers that would sell individual cards that help set market values. Those are always accurate with nothing more than a 10% variance.

But I guess the action figure market is just much different.

I am hoping that I can find some lots on ebay of lose figures, but I don't know what to search for? Marvel legends lot? Any advice?
