It's Prime Time!

Hello everyone,
I thought I would start off with some work in progress customs that I'm working on.

Here are some of the Hulk customs that I'm working on along with several other projects that I have started. I have never been satisfied with any of the Hulk figures that have been made thus far. The Marvel Legends look great, but they are too small for my since of scale, and the Marvel Select figures have been too large. So I decided to make some Hulks and other Hulking characters using the large DCUC CNC parts. I sent my Brimstone fist to Black_Arachnis to have a few sets cast for these customs. The characters that I'm wanting to make are Hulk (Bruce), Red Hulk (Ross), Skaar, Planet Class (Ultraverse Villain), Juggernuat, and The Pitt. But I may make some more Hulking character later on. Mind you it may take me a while to finish these with gathering all the necessary parts. Also my free time on working customs has been cut back due to illness in the family, but I do try to take some time get some custom work done to keep my mind off things.

A couple of pictures of the modified shoulder pegs to accept the Red Hulk biceps. there is plenty of material left so you don't have to work about the peg being too weak.



Another test fitting of all the parts. I also modified the and combined the Planet Hulk/Validus foot disc to accept the new feet.

I'll have some more pictures coming soon. Black_Arachnis from the Casting was able to cast my Brimstone fist for me, so I can piece together some Hulking arms. You can see one of them in this WIP picture of Colossus with the Hulks in the background.


I was think on my Hulks I really miss the thigh swivel articulation on the bid DCUC CNC legs, so I'm thinking about ordering a jewelers Saw & vice to add it to the big legs.

I'm also going to be making some other Hulking characters like Ironclad from the U-Foes. Ironclad's head is modified an enlarged casting of the Professor Hulk made by Glassman Customs.

Well... "It's Prime Time!"

I got my enlarged Hyperion head castings from Glassman, so now I can get back to work on my favorite Ultra Prime. I think I'll probably end up with all three versions; First Appearance Prime, Rogue Prime, and his final costume similar to his first with blue stripes on his legs and cape with a little touch of Rogue. I still have a lot of work to do on them, and I'm still trying to find the best forearms and hands for the Prime on the Terrax body.
