Just received an e-mail from BBTS informing they will receive less than 50% of the sets they order, so they will only ship what they get, in the order the preorders were made, also they won't send multiple quantities, just one ser per preorder. I made my preorder a month ago for just one set of 5, I hope I get my set

I don't know if the majority of people preorder from BBTS, because of the high price, and the opportunity to buy them directly at a TRU store, I do not live in the US, so my first choice was BBTS

Picked up Cyclops and Stryfe today at my nearest TRU. They had 1 Storm left but she had two left hands! Oh man I was so miffed by that.

Anyone that got their X-Men order able to confirm that TRU is actually shipping all the figures from the wave? My order only specifies Stryfe and Cyclops with two labeled as "Ex Marvel Legends X-Men". Those should be Storm and Magneto but there's no way to tell.

Jersey City. I wasn't expecting the TRU to even get them since its such a shitty TRU.

Just got my set complete storm and magneto! Also got my Thanos set in the mail too!!!

These are super easy to find in Canada. maybe most of the allocation went there.

Deception, lol the case in Alberta is not representative of Canada as a whole.

 

You probably don't have a lot of competition there. The set in all the stores I'm willing to visit have all sold out. Within the first few hours (according to employee testimonials), most likely due to scalpers.

I cancelled my preorder on BBTS and bought Cyclops and Stryfe on TRU and Magneto and Storm on ebay, I ended up paying a little less

I took my nephew (I buy them for him) to the closest TRU today. We were looking for Black Widow, and a guy had an employee checking for something in the stockroom. Being paranoid, I assumed it was about the Cap 2 wave. When we were walking out, the guy was paying at the register. They had a box of X-Men in the back, and dude bought them all. I asked if they had anymore, and they said no.

I'll ask at the other two local TRUs, if not I'll place an order through Dorkside.

This morning after getting off work and reading that the X-Men Legends are starting to pop up here and there made me want to go toy hunting. I had a feeling I was going to find at least the ones that are two per case. To my surprise there was a full case out on the pegs. With only 40 bucks to spare until tomorrows check I went ahead and just picked up Strom. However, Toys r us offers layaway and I went ahead and put the rest of the wave aside for later. The employee at the register said that if they go on sale or have a coupon at the time that I get ready to take them out they can apply it to the laway honoring the discounted price. Happy hunting.

The box of the Stryfe I received yesterday was good except for a little wearing between the main box and top flap that hangs on pegs. Hope that helps
