Agent Venom Possible release?

Wait, is Agent Venom coming in August, September, or October ? Cause Hasbro said it was to be releashed on August 30.

Walgreens site said October when I preordered but I remember something about Hasbro saying the 30th of august

I also saw Hasbro said it would be released in Walgreens stores on Aug 30th but when I pre-ordered at Walgreens.com it said Oct 15th.

Checked Walgreens site today, it said that Agent Venom is not available online and NOT sold in stores...

Yeah its not released yet that's why its not sold anywhere. I think the sold in stores thing will change when he is released.

For my fellow NYCers, do any of you know if this will be sold at Duane Reade as well? It's funny, I can throw a rock and hit a Duane Reade but Walgreen's are few and far between...

I was checking the available eBay auctions for agent venom, and most of them come from San Jose or Sacramento California. I think They might be employees ransacking a warehouse in that area (or something like that), because some are selling whole boxes, one of them is even including the retail display along with the box..

Dang, I live about an hour a way from San Jose, I will check if my local Walgreens has any, and keep stalking them then. If I can get a case, I will share the love. There are a couple of sellers that are offering Best Offers, we should just flood their offers with lowball offers.

No idea when Walgreens will actually ship pre-orders so I think I'll try to get one for around the same price on ebay and cancel my pre-order.

I found it interesting that the boxes are not sealed with tape. Is that common for all current Legends figures?

Yeah they aren't sealed in the more recent waves

Such an awesome figure all the new sculpting for the padding really goes a long way. It's not real apparent that it's an older mold, the white paint apps could be darker but I got a good one with very little black coming through. Looks awesome with Scarlet Spider and Carnage!

Went to 3 different Wal-greens today around my area (between inland empire and LA areas) here in CA and nothing. None of the Wal-greens had the figures at all! It's always been that way here. It's so sporadic. We never get them early that's why I usually pre-ordered, but alas I missed the pre-order. :(

I've looked at three Walgreens in Nashville, TN and two in Mississippi while I was away over the long weekend...and nothing. The employees have no clue; which is to be expected. I even showed them pics and they had never seen anything like it before.
