Yes I know this is a non-marvel related but I just have to show this. Basically it looks like Mattel will continue the DC Universe Classic under a different name and without the C+C. I was seriously thinking of starting collecting DC soon so this is a nice addition.

Cool. But this DC Collectibles not Mattel. That's why the higher price. They are basically DC's version of Marvel Select and previously did all their figures in the 7" scale with less articulation like Marvel Select. Both sacrificed it for better sculpts and looks was the reason. Lately they've both increased articulation though but still on the 7" scale.

I think that with DCUC shutting down, Dc Collectibles is taking the reins for highly articulated figures, where previously most of their figures where more like statues. The great thing is that these figures will still have great sculpts. In conclusion I'm very excited for these figures. Not to mention the Batman TAS Batmobile!

so glad that we're getting these FIGS DC collectibles has improving over the years another thing that they have a QC problem it seems that they are focusing on fixing that. love that how Jordan with battle armor and that classic Superman with all that articulation I guess I'm going to be replacing a lot Of my Mattel dcuc
