When will Hasbro launch The Hood (Parker Robbins) for Marvel Legends?

Every time Hasbro announces upcoming series of Marvel Legends, I hope that The Hood is part of it. Since 2012, they have been releasing a lot of villains but some of them are B-grades. We only have action figures of The Wrecking Crew, Madame Masque and Tiger Shark who work as members of The Crime Syndicate. Why not The Hood (Parker Robbins)?

with Hood being one of the stars of a new team (forget which one but the all villians one) the likely hood of him being made are good.

I think that's the new Illuminati series. Certainly seems eventual considering some of the more recent Legends choices are sliding into C-list territory.
