MARVEL STUD10S First Ten Years Civil War Movie 6" Captain America & Crossbones Figure Legends 2-Pack Video Review & Images

Recommended Posts

So, I have it in hand and realized why the head looks off. The hair is too small and sits too high. There is a huge gap above his ear too. I might have to take off the hair and see what I can do to make it fit better.

Definitely gonna get this pack. Wanted a crossbones ever since civil war. I was so excited when they released him!

So, I went ahead and fixed his hair .  Here's how it was before:

Here are the after pics.  Now he looks the way it should have been.  I put the Infinity War Cpt America for comparison in the pic.

After seeing this review, I really want to get this set. I still think it’s expensive since there isn’t baf included, but the headsculpt is great for the cap.

I really dig the Chris Evans likeness — I think they’ve really been improving them overall, with the photo-print technology. But, they do seem to be having QC issues with the hair pieces. I wonder why?

I don't even know if it's a QC issue or just the part just didn't fit.  I cut sections out of the head so that the hair can fit on it the way it does.

Man, I would think they would’ve accounted for that, though. It’s such a hassle if that’s how the majority of these figures are going to be released.

The head is entirely too big and the hair doesn’t fit right. I wish the actual was better because I understand it’s that way for the photo real but still

Not too keen on this pack but I hope that Hasbro reuses this headsculpt on another cap someday. Maybe a redo of the infinity war cap design by the time the Avengers 4 movie rolls around.

So, I finally saw this at TRU today and the Captain America hair looks way better.   One set however already had someone swap in the previous Captain America headsculpt though.

Being honest, I'm getting this 2 pack just for the better heads, no disrespect to Crossbones. And that MK 7, even though figures prior to that Iron Man suit aren't in scale, basic hall of armor complete.

Managed to get this set for $17 CDN from Amazon.  Finally, after 3 tries, I have a Captain America who has a helmet that has the eyes line up with the eye holes and the back of the helmet actually sitting against the hair.

I also decided to keep Crossbones, as I sold him off the last two times.  One thing I really wish was that they made his helmet removable, so I pulled the helmet off the dummy head.  Now I can get him to hold the helmet and not see his eyes.  Best part is I can just swap the heads and stick the helmet back on too.  Wish that's how Hasbro did it instead of glueing the helmet on, but I can see why they didn't want the helmet coming off that head as it might scare kids.
