Amazing Yamaguchi Revoltech X-Men Psylocke Figure Revealed

Yamaguchi Katuhisa has released these new preview images via his Twitter account the next two figures in Kaiyodo's Amazing Yamaguchi Revoltech line for both Marvel and DC. For DC following the release of their Batman figure will be a new Deathstroke and for Marvel comes another X-Men member with Psylocke.

You may not like these, find them weird and gappy. But at this vanilla pose they look so damn cool. Psylocke has a very anime look. And it surprised me very much that they chose her to be the next one. I thought they would go for Cyclops or Jean, even Storm or Rogue. I am definitely not complaining because I just love this character. Maybe is the ninja vibe, who knows. 

I just know she looks awesome and their weird contraption that they like to use for capes and such might look nice for her hair, because that is what it seems that they are going for.

As I said elsewhere; I’m loving the metallic shine to the paint deco on the both of these... I think they’re both almost perfect, from what limited familiarity with the Revoltech figure line I have. I’m assuming they’re not going to be very big, scale-wise. As the three Revoltech figures I’ve ever gotten my hands on were all fairly small. Which might also account for the somewhat iffy face sculpt on the Psylocke. It seems a little bit soft, to me. Unless they’re just prototypes that’ll get retooled later. But otherwise, they look great.
