Nick Fury looks ok. Everything else is a pass I think.

Unless we are getting a comic based classic Ms Marvel fig, this entire wave will be a pass for me.

Fury has be the best likeness. The Skrull have nice sculpt and very much looks like the movie version. The Captain Marvel face is not looking like Brie. Maybe the alternate head looks a little better.  But I have to say that the costume is very cool and almost spot on the comic book version.  They just should do sometthing to improve her face

Idk how I feel about this wave and the captain marvel movie in general. Captain marvel is a character I haven’t liked in the comics for a while but I know the MCU changes things up from the comics. Maybe I’ll like the movie and end up liking captain marvel in the movie. So my excitement for this wave is low because I’m not really excited for the movie or the characters. The only one I’ll definitely be picking up is the young nick furry he looks good

I’m seeing more Katee Sackhoff than Brie Larson in that figure.

I'm seeing neither. If you look very very hard you can see some resemblance. but NYCC is coming and they will definitely reveal the figures and in hand they could look better, never forget. I am hopeful. I think DST will also reveal one very soon. Maybe they gave better luck at the face department.

I was really hoping for a masked Captain Marvel head, also, Why do I feel the Green version will be released in a 2 pack with another character...

Im kind of tired of the MCU figures. Although some of them look nice, they dont really pop on the shelf like the comic figures do. At this point im just picking up the comic book figures and leaving the MCU figures on the shelf unless they hit clearance.

Does anyone else think the MCU Skrulls look like the Dragon Ball Evolution Piccolo? The horrible live action version of DB.

Can't be unseen. Although I will say that they look more than acceptable here, rather that as Piccolo. They look like an accurate depiction of a comic book IRL, Piccolo didn't even look like himself.

Yea, I agree. I wasn’t knocking the look of the skrulls, they’re good to go and will probably look better in action. I just couldn’t help but notice the similarities.

DB Evolution was so gawd awful that there’s literally no redeeming factor. Shows how damaging a studio can be with a foreign property they don’t understand or respect (Godzilla ‘98).

Ms. Marvel is a must, if they don't do her classic outfit it's a huge miss. They better sneak it in the movie as well.

I'm thinking the next reveal will be the classic Ms. Marvel with alternate Moonstone head. That would certainly follow a recent statement that the next reveal would "complete a team"

I guess Marvelous hasn't gotten word of the upcoming Marvel Legends Infamous Iron Man and I think Emma Frost or something...leaked thanks to Walgreens, can't rely on them for on-the-spot available figures but we can get leaked info now and then...

    • Since when was Zemo a normal guy? He murdered, and was able to impersonate, a high ranking government official, killed several world leaders while wearing a Bucky mask, set off an EMP device in the middle of a bustling metropolis, broke up the world's premiere superhero organization, memorized the Winter Soldier code book, and located a top-secret Winter Soldier factory, murdering every super-soldier there-in. All while working pretty much alone. In their in-universe estimation he must be like Jason Bourne and Keyser Soze had a baby and hired Dom Toretto as his nanny. They would probably confine his butt to the Raft just to keep the stuff ratting around in his head from getting out.
    • I posted on this idea before. Starjammers would be simple to do; they've already got body molds for all characters ( Abomination makes a great Ch'od and besides, Abomination needs to re-made anyway and scaled up to match the Hulk), and just using the Spider-Man infinite Black Cat mold youve basically got Madame Hepzibah. If they just stick to Dave Cockrum's rendition it'll be perfect.
    • i'll buy that about Clint, being a world renowned assassin and all, but I seriously doubt General Ross was not aware of Scott's association with Hank Pym or familiar with the capability of the Ant-Man formula. If they woulda not know what he was capable of you'd think they woulda put him in some sort of stasis rather than a standard cell under the fear that he could simply just slip through the cracks. I also fully agree that aside from his nefarious machinations Zemo is little more threatening than your average psycho on the streets but, like I said, the Raft just seems like the proper neutral place in the MCU. Granted, we know what the Raft is used for in the Comics Universe, but that doesn't actually mean it has the same application in the much smaller MCU.
    • I've seen it going for around $35 online. If you can manage the extra $10, that might be your most reliable option.
    • Yes! While I have no reason to think any of the Hasbro production heads are reading this, or have any plans to make Red Wolf, I sure hope they take your idea into mind if they do. In fact they need to use lighter, flexible plastic whenever they're doing figures that have tunics that extend below the waist (like Doom) or longer hair ( like Scarlet Witch).
