Disney Store Exclusive Marvel Select 7" Venom Figure Available Online Now

The recently announced Disney Store Exclusive Marvel Select 7.34" Venom figure from Diamond Select Toys is now available for purchase on the Disney website.

The figure features 16 points of articulation and includes two additional sets of interchangeable open hands and closed fists. Also included with the figure are two addtional interchangeable heads and multiple tentacle pieces. Again, these expressions are really nice. At the same time however, the expressions make Venom less sinister. I guess Diamond Select is replicating the Venom from the recent film? With the addition of his symbol.

The headsculpts are lifted directly from comic Venom artwork. I recognized one of the heads being inspired by the Venom vs. Carnage #1 cover, and another by the Venom: Dark Origin #4 cover, but I have no idea where does the grimace headsculpt comes from

I dont know if you are familiar or not but DST did a better Venom a few years ago that used the same mold but had better heads and accessories. It helped turn it into original McFarlane Venom and Venom the Madness and a few others. This one is a mixed bag for me.
