Hydra Supreme's Shield

Recommended Posts

Hasbro definitely needs to change the plastic on shields for a softer maleable plastic (at least on the snap on part).  On all reviews I've seen the shield breaks, really puts me off from buying the pack wich is really not that great. Do they even know or care?

Have you broken yours? It's not about how to repair it when it shouldnt happen on the first place.

The very definition of a shield is that they are supposed to be hard. It make no sense for a shield to be soft and fluffy.

If it about the clasp, then they are just not putting it on properly. I got mine the last and it fits fine. It made hard so it wont fall off

That's why I said: at least on the snap on part.

A softer plastic doesn't mean fluffy.

I  want the clasps to be durable, not a delicate accessory. Shartimus prime, Dan Who? and many others have broken the shield while doing the review and they are not first timers handling figures. So yeah Hasbro needs to change the material on the clasp.

If you're that nervous about it but feel like you need the two-pack, maybe heat the clasp a (very) little bit with a hairdrier so it's softened a tick and got some give to it and then put it on.  It should harden right back up when it cools and be secure on his arm.
